The room was spacious, clean, and we didn't hear much noise from other guests. Getting to the property is a little challenging depending on your GPS. It is on a one-way street, and your GPS might try and send you the wrong way. Parking lot was nice, but it filled up. I got the last spot and I'm not sure where the vehicle that was right after us parked.

First the positive, very clean, and exceptional response times when there were questions. Lots of room in suite. Now, what can be improved, PARKING! It’s infuriating that there are zero designated spots for people. I had to move car late at night due to overflow from restaurant. This seems ridiculous as it would not take much to designate one space per room. What was not so great, the noise. As others stated, you hear everything. Paper thin walls, people walking, and all the traffic outside. Second, we had a live seat for furniture. Was too small to enjoy relaxing and watching TV for a couple. The room is plenty big enough for a larger couch. Furniture is also very cheap overall, but serve ms it’s purpose. Overall, we were fine, but to market it the way they do, it’d be nice to have a few additional features.

The place and vibe excellent amazing loved it 100 . The restraint in fromt to die for excellent .. all newly painted remodeled or just very well excellent maintained .. although we didn’t use it or stayed long enough I lived having a kitchen and fill refridge. Had we stayed longer I would have had food to cook and prepare between times and not worry about eating 3x a day . The kitchen fully stocked pots pans dishes glasses spoons forks paper towels sponge cooking utensils . Aligning room area center table tv on wall shelf and couch made it wonderfully cozy and separate from The bedroom which is excellent! I don’t know if we had a fluke but our shower once it hit hot could not get down to cool or warm and kitchen sink and bathroom sink all ran on hot once the shower got to hot .. so idk about that . But it all worked out all in all FABULOUS AMD LOVE !! ❤️❤️❤️

From what we could see, this actually appears to be an apartment building with a floor or so of hotel rooms. We say this because there is no hotel staff (they email you 2 codes, a building access code--this turned out to be unnecessary because the back door lock was broken & always open ☹️ & your room code.) When we entered the building, we were greeted with piles of people's Amazon package deliveries, just dumped on the lobby floor. The room was tiny--don't bring anything more than a carry-on bag if you don't want to feel cramped. And some families with children may object to the decor, which features pictures of naked & suggestively dressed women. But it was clean, comfortable enough, and there was parking. It just felt more like a place for a naughty getaway with a mistress than a hotel, IMHO.

Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that.
