You can’t check in earlier than 7pm unless you’re willing to pay an extra $35, you have to check out at 9am unless you’re willing to pay an extra $35 for another few hours. Parking is also extra. It’s a shared living space, not a hotel.

It was aweful the mattresses were terrible it felt like sleeping on rocks, there were rats the size of my foot, the toilet didn’t flush, late service. In all I would not rent better to just get a hotel.

Heath St is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. Infested with rats and cockroaches in the filthy shared kitchen. One bathroom/toilet for 8 rooms. Nothing provided. No toilet paper, soap or even a towel. We left after 1 night, having paid for 8. This property should not be on Expedia list. I will be pursuing a refund when I return to the UK.

There was nothing about this property to like. From the start there was no communication, a resident of the property had to let us in then after several texts and messages left they sent us a room code. No other communication for 8 days

It was nice. The room has wi-fi and a kitchen near the living room. There's a pool table. The owner is very nice and respectable. The other guests are quiet and it felt pretty safe. The price was really good. Thank you.

Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.

I booked a Queen and a Twin bed and only got a twin. The whole apartment had this funky smell to it. All the amenities were shared so there which I wasn’t informed about. One of the twin beds had a broken frame and neither one had a box spring underneath. One of the bathroom doors was broken and hard to close, which honestly had me concerned. When I showed up there was someone cleaning but they didn’t speak much English so I couldn’t ask her any questions. I didn’t use the kitchen because I didn’t need to. Also the sheets and pillowcases seem to be constantly reused. I would recommend bringing your own For anyone wanting to stay here just bring your own sheets, some air freshener and definitely don’t make it a long stay if you want to be comfortable.

It is what it is, and what it is is a decent cheap place to stay in Boston. The room was tiny. Two single beds, an outlet to charge your phone and a window AC unit. I had to climb two steep flights of stairs to get to my room, but that was ok with me. One time I had to wait on the shared bathroom, but I managed. If you will only need the room for sleeping it’s totally fine. Get out and explore the city. I did. There’s a few good restaurants within walking distance. Fenway is less than two miles so an easy uber there and then a nice walk home (since Ubers are crazy after the game or show). It doesn’t look like much from outside, but again if you’re only there to sleep, who cares? Check in was a little clunky. My original directions for self check in did not include my room number so I had to call and text several times to get that, but once I got it I had no issues. I’d stay again if I was traveling solo. My wife would never stay there, but she’s less adventurous than me. And truth be told, if she were there I’d want to stay in a nicer place. My friends stayed at the Marriott for $900 for two nights. I was in and out at 184 Heath for under $200. Plenty of nearby street parking for free. I parked within a block with no issues.

It’s a big shame to recommend such a horrible location Ugly entrance, the smart enter keys having problems, very narrow and abruptly stairs , cracked walls, rusted heaters. Almost unusable toilet room, without towels, without paper towel, without toilet paper , no soap The room has only beds ( with descurajant linen), no table, no chairs, no shelves. Both nights I heard continuously music from neighbors, the owner did not answer to my messages. In my opinion, this location doesn’t deserve a license for rent. For Expedia it really a bad reputation to ofer such a rental.
