El estacionamiento esta sobre la calle, hay que llegar a buena hora para encontrar lugar, no tiene aire acondicionado y si hay lo prenden cuando quieren y con cargo extra, y los ventiladores son peligrosos, de hecho habian manchas de sangre en el techo.

Nada que ver con las fotos que muestran, el refrigerador en pésimo estado, oxidado y sin funcionar, la pantalla con 5 canales de tv abierta, sin toallas, la habitación tenía 4 camas y nos dijeron que solo se podían ocupar 2. Te cobran $300 por usar el aire acondicionado y solo por unas horas, los ventiladores no funcionan sientes que en cualquier momento se desprenden del techo, mucha humedad, las paredes descarapelandose, la habitación la entregan a las 3 de la tarde y la hora de salida es a las 11 de la mañana cuando en la gran mayoría de hoteles es a las 12 de la tarde. Nunca está la chica en recepción. Cobran 1200 por noche bien podrían invertir en tener en óptimas condiciones el hotel. Según expedia fue una oferta para 3 personas dos noches por 976 pesos pero por ese precio hay mejores opciones.

Obviamente le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar , por el costo es promedio , más atención en recepción ya que la salir del lugar , no encontre personal en recepción y los medios de comunicación actualizarlos para poder tener contacto ,ya que trate de comunicarme y nunca recibir respuesta y en el WhatsApp que aparece en la entrada ,jamás me respondieron al día de hoy al avisar que me iba y dejaba las llaves el recepción .

Es un buen lugar, su personal es muy amable y si es verdad que el hotel está un poco descuidado pero es relación precio calidad, la verdad por lo que pagué estuvo más que bien, a mí en lo personal no me tocó la alberca sucia, vi muchos comentarios diciendo eso y a mí si me tocó limpia, estuve 1 semana y el 1 día tuve un accidente en el mar y el personal muy amable me cambió la habitación por una más cerca a la puerta para evitar las escaleras, me dejaron meter mi refresco en su refrigerador y todo estuvo muy bien, muchas gracias a la señora que nos atendió de verdad nos hizo una estancia muy amena
