Normally Prem Inn Is predictable but this one one, wow the food was amazing, staff super friendly and great location.

Location and cleanliness was spot on, room was a bit too warm and seemingly the AC wasn't working properly, even if adjusted the temperature nothing happened, even if turned it off it kept going quite noisy all night. Window wasn't openable (ground floor room) and the duvet is non breathable horrendous warm so ended up taking the covers off using the duvet covers alone to tuck in and still had a patchy sleep due to the noisy AC. Only a tea and coffee amenity provided no bottled water and the breakfast would've been silly priced at £29 per night so also avoided it starting the day hungry.

We stayed last night and our sleep was disturbed by some ignorant people who thought it was great to keep bangging and clatering all night, it was like they were jumping off the bed!!!

The rooms are okay if you are only looking for a place to shower and sleep at nights. This was my second time staying here while visiting family nearby. It works as there are no other options. There’s nothing special about the place, just basic accommodation that costs well over £100 per night.

We have stayed at other Premier Inn hotels and have always been ok. The Worcester one unfortunately was very different. The reception was ok and the ladies there were friendly but as soon as you came out of the lift into the corridors, they smelled very bad. Like someone had been smoking and rancid. We were given a room where we couldn’t stand the smell so we asked to be moved. The second one wasn’t great but definitely better than the first one. The carpets in the corridors were very dirty. The beds are not done like in other hotels, they just throw the duvet over the pillows and it’s not very welcoming. We wouldn’t go back there. Thanks
