Was a very nice place to have a night off with the ease of being able to come in by train and out by bus everything was very close and convenient. Was a definite 5 out of 5.

This property is in need of renovation. It feels like stepping into 1950

Camera ampia e letto comodo. Nel complesso, buon soggiorno. Lo consiglio ai non pretenziosi.

Why is this place still in business, we spent most of the night awake killing bed bugs and if that wasn’t bad enough you had to put up with the stench of cigarette smoke. Definitely never staying again and will never recommend

Very accessible close to downtown! Expedia and host said A/C rooms? Absolutely NO Aircondition! 90-95F! Brutal, a little fan helped some but ridiculous to sell this rooms in June-August for that price! A total Rip off!

This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate! We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed. Our bedroom was sparsely furnished with makeshift furniture and bedsheets that were not hotel quality. There was no comfortable place to sit to watch tv or relax so if you choose to stay here treat it as a place to sleep. There were three bathrooms for shared use. The style of the property looked like an elderly person’s deceased estate with original furniture from a bygone era, amateur painting of doors, smell of smoke in the hallway and the cleaner who reacted aggressively toward me when I raised the issue of there not being a fridge in the room. Frankly I could’ve done without all the aggravation and discomfort. Further, I note that others before us have raised the issue about air conditioning and no fridge in the room in previous reviews going back quite a number of years so it isn’t a one off and it should be rectified asap. I’ll be asking Expedia to check the misleading advertising on the site and to compensate us accordingly.

Listing clearly stated washer/dryer in unit…wasn’t but they could “help me out” by doing for 10euro a load for me. Location pretty quiet, but owners yelling and talking loudly all of the time…place really needed updating, sheets, towels seemed clean but really worn

It was a rip off. I sent a message as my train was stopped for 45 minutes. They sent a message back. Sorry close. At ten. Then sold my room. Double dipping we call it.

Arrabbiati...

Very good stay. 4.8/5 stars. Would highly highly recommend. You will not get a better stay anywhere else at this price. The hotel is actually an enormous apartment with many rooms within, and common facilities. Everything is very clean, regularly maintained, and the landlords clearly care about the quality. They do an excellent job keeping everything in order, and are helpful. Only reason it is not 5/5 is minor inconveniences with the building, not because of the hotel accommodations. E.g., door into building can be hard to open, lights do not turn on automatically in the halls (so at night it is PITCH black. You need a phone or flashlight). Again, not the fault of the landlords, but worth considering if you are an anxious traveler. Overall, great work. Would stay again.
