Our power cut out on the first night we were there. We rang the manager who refused to fix it at the time and seemed annoyed, saying he would come tomorrow. We were there for our babymoon and didn't sleep all night due to having no aircon. The next day he moved us to a different room. We reached out on the Saturday by text and by message through here to ask for a refund for the night without power/an extra night stay as nothing was offered. 3 days later and still no response. Not acceptable for 4 star accommodation that is not cheap and it certainly left a sour taste in our mouths and took the shine off our getaway. Would not stay again purely due to the lack of customer service.
