Tiny room but perfect for one night Slap bang in the middle of times squsre perfect for dining options. They lock the doors at night so only hotel guests can enter so its very aafe. Plentiful nreakfast options and great staff there. Would stay again

Stayed here for a quick overnight to see a couple shows with my Mom. We got a great rate, but we literally just slept here and for our purposes, it could not have been better. Small room, but I think unless you go crazy big budget, it’s comparable to all the other NYC hotels we’ve stayed at. Location is amazing for the theater, and it was very clean. Staff were very kind and I would 10/10 recommend for a really great location and place to sleep.

Location is great and the room was so cute. They were also really clean. The main inconvenience was the elevator system. There would be long waits to get back to the room/floor, which can be difficult if you have reservations or time scheduled things to attend to. Staff had a couple of hiccups when we checked in but I thought maybe it was newer staff member helping assisting us.

The hotel is overall great. I just have two observations. We didn't mind the size of the room, it's manageable. However, the bed is really high for an older person with mild mobility challenges. The other thing that could use improvement is the hallway that leads to the restaurant. It's always filled with boxes of food supplies. I understand it may be the only path to the restaurant, but it's a little unappealing.

Convenient hotel to Times Square. Room clean if a little small. Don’t know if I just had bad luck but delayed checking in and out, though staff was polite and tried to be helpful in both instances. I’m still waiting for my email receipt that I was promised at checkout and have followed up with the property directly. Be advised to get your receipt before leaving if you need to expense!

My room was extremely small and the elevators were an inconvenience. Otherwise, the hotel is in the perfect location, the staff were TOP TIER, and valet parking was available! Also, there is a restaurant in the same building and the food was a 10/10. I would stay here again, but in a bigger room.

Convenient location in midtown right near Times Square. TINY rooms if you need two beds no table apace, no place to put a suitcase none of that is a dealbreaker, but the elevator situation was horrendous. Like many newer buildings, you have to select your floor and the elevator is supposed to bring you to that floor. However, the four elevators were rarely all working and they took FOREVER to arrive. If you choose to stay at Voco, plan 15 minutes minimum regardless of whether you are going up or down. AND, if you choose to take the stairs, be aware, that only one set will allow you to exit on floor 2 ( restaurant) or the lobby.

The hotel has everything to be excellent but the elevators system. This works so confusing and inefficient that makes your whole staying there a negative experience. You should expect to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to get the elevator and reach the floor you want. If you can get it. Sometimes it was so crowded that you were not able to get into it and needed to restart all the process of requesting and waiting the elevator again. I don't what to say, but this was remarkable during my experience there and it was not a positive thing.

The room size was laughable for a king bed. You can NOT walk around the foot of the bed it is so close to the wall. Bathroom had no counter space. I chose to ignore the online reviews and regret it. Will NOT stay here again.
