Location, Location, Location

This hotel is close to shops, restaurants. It is parallel to Isidora Goyenechea street, near the theater, and parks. The staff is welcoming and very polite. Breakfast included with all sorts of favorites such as breads, pastries, deli, yogurt, cereal, coffee, natural juice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. It is actually near the GOLF metro station and that takes you to many places including the art museums near Bellas Artes station. Chile is an amazing country and this hotel is well-located in Las Condes so I highly recommend it and will be back to the same place.

Overall appearance of the hotel was good. The room itself is in need of repairs and upgrades like Furniture, TV and fixtures but the worst part was the bathroom where we found moldy grout around the shower and walls, cracked tiles and vanity cabinets are old and simply useless. We noticed the closet was in need of an ironing board and an iron which we really need at the time of our stay. For the area we were looking forward to a better and cleaner room and we were disappointed.

A estadia em geral foi excelente. A localização do hotel é perfeita, com centenas de bares, restaurantes e cafés ao redor, além de estações de metrô muito próximas. Também fica a poucos metros do Sky Costanera e do Mercado Urbano Tobalaba, o que facilita muito para passeios. O quarto era amplo, confortável e com limpeza impecável. A equipe de funcionários foi extremamente gentil e educada durante toda a estadia, sempre muito solícita e disposta a ajudar. O café da manhã não é muito diverso, mas é compatível com o valor cobrado na tarifa, atendendo bem às necessidades. Na minha próxima viagem a Santiago, com certeza ficarei lá novamente.

Me hospedei por 5 noites neste hotel, e está super bem localizado, ao redor tem restaurantes, farmácias, lanchonetes, conveniência e está a 5 min andando do MUT e uns 8 do Costanera Center…além de estar na rota das agências de turismo. Um único ponto a melhorar, seria uma cortina black out que cobrisse melhor as janelas pois ainda assim entra muita claridade, e deixo uma sugestão para o hotel fornecer toalhas para o passeio de Thermas de colina. Café da manhã simples, mas com o essencial e quando se tem passeio muito cedo, avisando com antecedência eles dão uma marmitinha pra viagem, achei isso sensacional. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.
