Overall the hotel was fine. My room had a broken shower, but it was still usable. Clean and easy to access.

Don't go near this place if you're looking for somewhere clean curtains were hanging off the windows and big hole in thr ceiling why can you even think this is acceptable to hire out! Guy that gave out keys looked very unprofessional the place was smelling walked right out and booked the marriot

Pretty run down. Walls needed painted, no breakfast as kitchen wasn’t in use. No mugs or glasses in room. Went to Reception to ask for them, got them no problem. They have shower gel in shower. Towels were clean. Very basic but you get what you pay for. Very central so was lots to do around the hotel . Room was very hot, a/c wasn’t great and the window in the room didn’t open atall

No air con in the room. Only two loud fans. Did not have a good sleep. No iron or ironing facilities. When asked at reception was told they’re all in other rooms and nothing they can do.

Room did not have a window that opened. Room was too hot. Air con was not working. Asked reception for fan, didn't have one. Room was dated with wallpaper hanging off walls

Staff really helpful and friendly. The restaurant was closed so can not comment on that. Very convenient location for local shopping and eating. BUT >>> I would suggest that no more than 2 people stay in a room as the sofa bed was terrible and not usable. Old and dirty. The other bed was big and comfy but didn't inspect the mattress. The bathroom was new and lovely. But little things like only one curtain that was hanging off made it feel a little depressing.

Avoid this place for all reasons … dirty and worn out to extent where it should be closed for good

Room was quiet and clean Had everything that was needed Staff helpful and checked that their directions were okay which they were. Hotel undergoing a revamp but didn’t deter from my stay

The whole stay in the hotel its self was all ok, apart from the heat in our room, it was unbearable. Asked to move rooms or get another fan and were told no. Nothing was done about this. Very unhappy about my stay and had to end up leaving at 5:30am due to the heat being so bad in our room we could not sleep.

Really good location, 3 minutes walk from NCP Shiprow. Quick easy check in. My room was larger than I expected and quite comfortable. Only thing I’d comment on was that the mugs had some coffee stains on them, but it’s such a small thing.

I had the junior suite which was really spacious and comfortable. The location is good for central Aberdeen but there are some pubs nearby which meant a bit of noise from outside.

The room I was in was as hot as hell, there was a fan in it but the windows didn’t open and it was very hard to sleep. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was torn in places. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff did try to help, I don’t know what amenities there were, they didn’t even have an ice machine.

I never got past check in. I arrived and they told me there was no bar, no lounge, no restaurant as it was all shut due to refurbishments. The lady at check in then told me the air con was not working either. I had my room cancelled and moved to the Sandman.

I had an amazing stay so quiet, cozy and very comfortable. Cleanliness would have been excellent if not for the massive cobweb over the top of curtains I immediately seen in the shadows. No safety/handrails for bath which would have benefitted me positively but none the less thoroughly enjoyed my time in my room worth every penny Receptionist was lovely very pleasant man.
