Not a clean room, but staff were helpful getting new linens and towels to replace the unclean ones. Simple/cheap hotel, easy for a one night stay.

Very inexpensive so it was ok for a cheap stay. Had a coffee maker in the room but no cups or coffee and it was pretty nasty inside. The rest of the room could have used a good cleaning as well. Internet worked great.

For the price was very good staff did a excellent job to fix any problems. Check in was not ready at 3 pm but was compensated for the delay. Room was clean but could tell could use new carpet in the hallway bathroom was supper clear.

It was central to Woodstock and the parking was in the school lot next door.

Hotel and room were so dirty that we didnt stay at the hotel. We booked 3 nights, because of the cancelation they refund 2 but charged one night. When something like this happened customers has not to be charge. Staying at that hotel on those conditions was unsafe.

The room was adequate and worked fine and was definitely reasonably priced. The only disappointment was when booking the information on Hotels.com said breakfast was included, and there was no breakfast available.

The motel is OK, it's a clean bed and shower. There's no coffee, or any kind of breakfast. It's just a good location for us.

i stood in the lobby over half an hour calling the number written down at the desk, the hotel main line, and the “0” from the sofa phone as instructed; nobody answered and was there to check me in. a few other guests came thru also noting they hadn’t seen an employee, one needed toilet paper. finally a guy came, checked me in, my door wouldn’t unlock. he got another key, still nothing. he moved me to another room which hadn’t been cleaned & had opened/used toiletries in the bathroom & trash in the room. i gave up & left. TERRIBLE.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past. A little dated, but clean, service is great, found a great deal online and a very convenient location.

My main reason for choosing this place was because it said breakfast included. They do not serve breakfast as advertised but its listed on bill as included with room. I didn't care about any of the other things listed for the property. It was clean and everything was in order otherwise.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was dirty, wallpaper was feeling off the walls, there was no parking, and no breakfast. We left the same day we checked in. We were told to contact Expedia for a refund and the manager would approve it. That was a lie! Expedia has not been able to reach the hotel. I’ve been waiting a month!

The amenities listed on the website were not offered. Breakfast is not included as stated. There aren’t laundry facilities on site. Check in time is 2pm on the website but when I arrived they said it was 3pm. I insisted and was able to check in at 2pm. In addition, the couple that run the hotel (and own it apparently) were not people persons. The room was good enough for one night in a pinch. But it’s very obvious that maintenance isn’t a priority here.
