We booked 2 apartments for 4 adults and 3 young children. The space is perfect with 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 full size sofa bed in the living room. It does come with a small kitchen with electric cook tops, washing machine and full size fridge. The location is about 15 minutes to most of the tourist attractions or a short walk to bus stations where you can take bus to Alhambra. It would have been a great stay given the space, location and convenience of the place.
However from checking-in to stay, the communication with the apartment management has been very limited and unsatisfactory. The description regarding checking in process on Hotels.com is inaccurate and the apartment management would not send anything for their virtue checking in until the day before. They won’t respond anything other than direct phone calls and having e-sim with only internet access, this has been frustrating and challenging. We tried emails them and message them via hotels.com’s messaging system regarding maintenance issues such as non-functional washing machine in one of the units, checking-in issues with one of the 2 apartments, shower draining issues in one of the apartments, all were not answered or addressed. The apartments were located on the 5th floor. During the last 2days of our stay, the elevator stopped working. Yet there were no signs of attempts for repair. I wonder whether the management ever knows these issues. In a way, it’s almost pure luck that we stayed ok.
