The people at the front desk were VEEEERY GOOOOD. The male person we started with was just great, and the young lady we continued with, after parking the car, was beautiful - the outlook as well as her manners (have to point out, that my wife was 100% of the same opinion 😉). I liked the decoration and aesthetics of the hotel and the staff at the counter. In the 3 days I didn't go swimming in any of them, despite the extreme temperature. because the area is too small for so many people and on top of that there is no separate pool for the kids which makes it even more confusing. The room is satisfactory and so is the breakfast area. But I'm not considering going back.
