We stayed one night. The room was basic with a private bathroom. It was a great stop off for travelling up the west coast. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was available but we opted to check out ‘scoggin’ a very cool bakery and coffee shop just around the corner. Parking was available but limited if it’s full.

6/10 Bueno

Pros: hot tub, sauna, nice landscaping, clean room, moderate size. Cons: soft bed, noisy (people rolling luggage over deck, talking in common room, poor drainage in bathroom shower. One night in Wanaka as we toured New Zealand. After hours check-in was ok - it took a bit to find the box. Pitch/grade in the bathroom is flawed. Water from the shower doesn't all drain and goes into the bathroom floor. I guess that's why there is a squeegee on the wall. Our room had a common wall with the commons and you could hear people talking.

Great place to stay, very close to food trucks, restaurants, shops and the lake front. Staff were all friendly, you have use of a sitting room and a dining room. I had breakfast, for $20 a good serve of scrambled eggs with delicious bacon and a continental breakfast included. On-site parking included

Wonderful, quiet property in great location in Wanaka, walkable to downtown with restaurants, shopping, and waterfront. Comfortable beds and room, fabulous homemade breakfast (scrambled eggs and smoked salmon). Onsite parking, hot tub, very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

The staff are super helpful. I had an electric blanket that didn't work and they replaced immediately. The dining and lounge area are great with free coffee etc. Definitely would come back.

We booked last minute and we weren’t disappointed. The staff are friendly and it was located in the heart of Wanaka within walking distance to restaurants. We had a campervan and parked on the property at the front. Parking is on a first come basis. The place is cozy.
