When I arrived I walked into dampness, bits wood lying on ground with nails sticking out it. Got to room for it to have mould in bathroom, window that wouldn’t close so freezing. Moved room and needed an heater to heat up room and shower only had cold water water and at that was little trickles that came out it. They tried to run tap to heat it up which sink was in beside bed and that was blocked so it over spilled onto carpet , said would get a plumper and hi didn’t come. Reported shower next day again and nothing happened so had ri go and purchase another hotel . If it wasn’t so late would have moved when I arrived at first. Full place stunk of dampness

The bedroom and bathroom were extremely small and felt very congested. Even during my stays in London, I have not experienced such limited space. Blackpool is not a highly tourist-heavy destination, so this was quite disappointing. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, we checked multiple times between 8 am and 9 am, but no staff were present and the dining hall was locked. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and would not connect or load properly. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

The check-in was very smooth no no problems. The lady on reception was very helpful when we got to the room. The room was a good size. However there was no coathangers in the room which would’ve been handy and a couple of the lights weren’t working. There was actually out of their sockets and need replacing immediately other than that the place was spotlessly clean breakfast with an extra £5 each but only Continental would’ve really appreciated a full cooked breakfast so all we got was toast, cereals and tea and coffee we was aware of that when we paid for it for a cooked breakfast would’ve made it better however on a hall I would stop there Again but it could deal with some money spending on it

Stay away from this place its a joke i will be contacting there ceo and HS .the mattress protecter well what can i say there was not a space where it was not stain and i mean not a space this looked likevit had been on there for months the matress was just as bad tobthe pointvit looked like somone a urinated all over it .i can go on i have pictuers .the place needs shutting down secuirty a joke outside doors left open .noone around in the moring atvtge desk .went for breakfast at 0830 noone around doors locked

We booked this hotel last minute as our originally booked accommodation cancelled on the day of our arrival. We checked in to find the bathroom was mouldy and had a window which didn’t close meaning that light, sound, rain and cold were coming into the room all night. This left the room freezing and we had to sleep with our clothes on top of our pyjamas to keep warm. The hotel had a bar downstairs which had karaoke that went on until after 2am with be try loud music then continuing till almost 6:30am. As you can imagine we didn’t get any sleep. We did not feel safe leaving the room to make a complaint through the night and left early the next day. Would not recommend this hotel.

We didnt have breakfast. Was disappointed in the room as I have stayed there before and was very clean and comfortable. The room had dust on the skirting boards, the bed springs stuck in you and was not a comfortable bed also the shower the tiles grout were black.

A member of staff was unprofessional he called my sister asking for my phone number a week or so before our visit asking for my number. My sister had a booking here over 18 months ago and was not happy that they still had her contact details or that they just assumed we were related because of same surname. On arrival the hotel couldn't see my booking then they found it and over charged me. Then when we got to the room there was only a double and single bed even though there was 4 of us. I went back to reception to ask why we didn't have 2 doubles like my booking says. Only to be told they don't do rooms with 2 double beds. They said they would try put a spare bed in the room. We went out into Blackpool came back to find out that they were moving us rooms into a room with 2 double beds( although we had been told they don't do them kind of rooms). So we then had to go upto old room pack up again and move onto next floor with all our luggage. I am disabled and have to use a walking stick so this was very inconvenient for us especially with 2 young children. My mum also has mobility issues too. However once we got settled in our room went out to watch our show and got back to hotel we had a nice night in the bar listening to a fantastic young lady called Sarah Louise singing.

Great location, near the Winter Gardens & Blackpool Tower. Comfortable bed. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast was basic but adequate - but the cutlery was disgustingly dirty - I can’t believe that anyone would have thought that cutlery was suitable for use when laying the table.

The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the hotel was in a good location but that is all the positives I can mention. The ceiling had stains that had clearly been there a while, the windows didn’t open, the drawers were broken and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated in years. Considering the hotel has a licence for live music until 1am, we were subjected to, what only can be called, the worst karaoke until nearly 2am. I understand it’s Blackpool and people are there for fun, but a little consideration for the other guests would be appreciated.

Lovely hotel

Nice clean spacious rooms. Close to centre which was perfect for the price. Breakfast was included in the price which we didn't have time to use, so it would of been good if we could of taken it off and not had that included in the price, as I feel I have paid for nothing. It would also be nice if they could provide decaf coffee for people with allergies

Location is good if going to Winter Gardens other than this would not recommend. Property is in dire need of renovation. Breakfast was terrible. Bar was poorly stocked, draught lager was flat. Walls are really thin so can hear tv in next room and entertainment which went on until 2:45am :-(

Room was not up up date, closet space was broke. A few burn or discolored marks on the bed sheets and pillows. Load music way past midnight.. breakfast is 6 minutes away as they only did continental. Outside was a mess and needed cleaning up cans and crap still on tables

Shops and Blackpool tower nearby. Guests was loud all night and the fire alarm went off at 2am for ages so everyone panicked. Clean room, dated but ok. Staff was friendly but we couldn't find anyone when we wanted to check out.

Not what it looks like on the photos

I can honestly say who ever did the reviews must of been drunk and had beer googles on or was lying. The photos are nothing like what the actual hotel looks like. The interior could 100% do with a make over and a dam good clean. It doesn’t take a lot to do a full clean. Carpets definitely need a clean didn’t see a carpet without a stain god was what was on it. Would I stay here again would I hell.
