6/10 Bueno

Hotel Staybridge was quite good years ago.I felt bad about breakfast service.we are pure vegetarian and option were less.we had to wait for more than 30 min to serve oats. They also don’t serve verity of bread.

2/10 Mediocre

They overbooked and there were 5 other families that had no rooms. The hotel front desk wasn’t helpful and just left with the exception of Zack.

Out first room a/c did not work but they moved us and it was much better. Grills did not work well and stoves sense the heat and cut off while cooking

8/10 Muy bueno

The Hotel is new and very nice. However the first room I places in has luke warm water set in the shower, kitchen and bath fauctes were hot. I told the staff the next morning and was told it would be fixed. The hair conditioner pump did not work. That too was to be fixed that day. When I returned to the hotel that eveing thos items were not fixed. At 4 in the morning I awoke in an extrimly hot room. The airconditioner was no longer working. I called the front deskand they moved me to another room. That had hot water in the shower and everything worked well. I would stay here again. The hotel has only been opened three weeks.

4/10 Aceptable

The Staybridge property itself was nice, but there was a strong sewage odor throughout the front lobby and common areas during our stay. The only exception was during breakfast (6:00–9:00am), when the aroma of the food masked the smell. I was also disappointed by the very limited gluten-free and vegetarian breakfast options. Close proximity to stores. Pool: We chose not to use the pool because there was a noticeable film on the water. After reporting it, maintenance adjusted the chlorine the next day, but the small pool requires more frequent maintenance given the number of guests using. Fitness room was a big plus and the free laundry room was also a huge plus. Room: Our ADA room was spacious, clean, and laid out well. It had a different odor—not mold, just an unusual smell. We appreciated having a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Housekeeping checked in daily to see if we needed anything but did not service the room while we were out. If this is hotel policy, it should be communicated at check-in. Staff: The maintenance and housekeeping staff were friendly. However, no staff members wore name tags or UNIFORMS, and it was often difficult to locate someone at the front desk. One front desk employee was on her 3rd day of training and was pleasant, but when left alone, she was unable to complete basic tasks such as adding my adult Son's name to the reservation or providing a printed receipt. She would have benefited from more supervision. Parking was a plus and FREE.
