The property was run down and dilapidated. The front desk staff was never in the office. The one good thing were the 2 people cleaning the rooms. They were friendly and helpful.

Hurricane Isaia’s stay. My wife and I stay in 5 star resorts all over the world . We got caught an hour before the hurricane hit and found this Motel and was able to book it before the storm hit. The staff was very friendly and even offered us snacks and coffee at no cost . The staff was already on high alert and walked my family and I to our room giving us instructions of what to do and not to do during the storm. It was at that time the hurricane hit . We may have had zero power the whole stay and the e accommodations may not have been what we are used to but the fact my wife and son were safe and the motel staff made it a priority to make sure we felt safe and welcome is the kind of treatment any resort that has a 5 star rating should be like .

This place was so nasty it was so late when we got there and there was a hurricane coming so everything in town was full because people were coming there to get away from it so we had to stay the bathroom had not been cleaned in a month I can say this because I have cleaned my whole life from hotels, hospitals, houses and schools retired from a school district that I cleaned for over 29 years it was the worst I had ever been in. we had to ask for towels and when they brought some the lady was very nice when I showed her that bathroom she was horrified she went and got some cleaner and cleaned it and the sink the sad thing was the lady that was supposed to clean it said she did. there were dead roaches in the fridge, and my husband killed a bunch of roaches in the floor crawling around. we did not put our bag in the floor. There was gum stuck to the floor that had been there for a while I felt like we should have gotten our money back.

I want our money back from this place it's wasn't worth it and for me using this app for the first time and first time booking this was absolutely horrible and the second night we was there someone was in our room because our door was opened we left 6:03am and was gone till 8pm and according to the staff if we wanted housekeeping we have to ask for it (which we didnt) i have tons of photos of how nasty our room was

6.1.26/8.30p - If I was traveling with my kids, I would not have chosen here. While it's conveniently located off i10 and surrounded by a good variety of eateries it was loaded with work crews and folks hanging out all night. however, it was decent enough for me to shelter from the storm and I got a few hours of sleep. That armchair needs to go in the nearest trash bin! And I appreciate the hard floors over carpet.

T E R R I B L E. We needed to rest for the night, as we were traveling from Texas to Orlando. The room assigned to my family didn’t have a TV remote, there was no trash can, and no towels. I went to ask the gentleman for a remote and towels, he handed me a broken remote that didn’t work. He said he would send the hotel staff to take me some clean towels, they never got to my room with towels. I never received an apology for the room not being equipped with what’s described online. I wouldn’t stay here again and I would not recommend.
