Pros: Secure building. Walkable location. Roof deck. Clean. Working washer/dryer. Looks nicely decorated.
Cons: Overpriced. Next to train tracks - 2 trains run every 15 minutes all day and night. Uncomfortable bed. Minimal amenities. Thin walls, guests next door were partying and smoking through the night. Host didn't send entry code at check-in, had to wait about an hour to get into the unit. Someone (I can only assume housekeeping) attempted entry into the unit twice in the morning, before checkout time. They opened the door, but were stopped by the door latch, then closed the door without ever saying anything.
Overall, not my worst stay ever, but the loud trains and the jumpscares of strangers opening the door puts me off from booking here again, especially for their prices.
