This is good and easy location, in a well quiet and beautiful area. The greatest highlight is the free parking space, wifi amicable and friendly staff. I will like to stay there again .

Perfectly clean and great value, my only gripe is that the bed was really hard, no sure if it was because I was in a room that hadn’t been done up yet because we had the dog, had some friends staying there as well and they didn’t have the hard bed.

Great hotel. Should be 4 star not 2 star. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rooms were great, would not hesitate to stay here again. Hopefully they do dinner next time.

Good place. Decent big rooms. Cooked breakfast £12. Small bar. Ideal for short business stays.

First visit to Grantham & Urban Hotel. I booked it because it was cheap and the proximity to the A1 as we were going to an event 20 miles away. The hotel was far better than we expected, & a very convenient location for our requirements.

We probably did not see the hotel at its best as there were very few guests so there was, for example, no atmosphere in the bar/lounge area. There were very few staff about. However the room was reasonably comfortable. It was clean and well presented.

the hotel was spot on in every way the only let down was they were looking for a new chef so at the moment there was no food available but the bar was open and apart from the chef problem every thing was very good

enjoyed the stay here again, came last year for the same time - racing a triathlon at Belvoir Castle. really handy location, super easy to get to and close to Belvoir, nice big room, fridge would have been handy travelling with foods and drinks for the race, but everything was good, clean and tea making - will be back again.

Nice big clean rooms. Bar was open on a night if you fancied getting a drink and taking it to room or sit in bar. The restaurant wasn’t open whilst I was there. There’s lots of parking and the staff for friendly and very helpful

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I would liked would have have been a lift to the 1st floor as we had 2 very heavy suitcases to carry up the stairs.

Well located just off the A1, clean, good sized room, friendly staff and plenty of parking (although I made the mistake of parking under trees and my car got absolutely caked in droppings - not the hotel's fault). The place is in desperate need of a spuce-up and there's hardly any facilities open at the moment - the hotel makes no secret of this and I was told that more facilities will open up in the next few months. However, perhaps due to the lack of facilities, this was one of the best value stays I've had in a long time. I felt oddly at home during my 2 nights at the Urban Hotel and I hope this place gets the chance to reopen its facilities and thrive. I'd definitely stay there again.

Good location, clean and comfortable room and lounge area with lovely, friendly staff. The facilities need to be updated. Some sites online mentioned a pool, gym but that is all closed.

The bar was a bit limited and there was no food available but the staff were very helpful from the offset, saw we had a buggy for the baby and moved us to a ground floor room without us even having to ask.
