From the ladies at receptions to the gents and ladies at the bar to the lady who cleaned my room, it was above beyond; a home from home where I can work and excerise while I come and see my son at RAF Cranwell - makes me want to pick up golf - the staff was a+ and the hotel was a+ no job was to hug or small even though it has hundreds of rooms it feels like a small hotel in terms of comfort and relax yet it has all the facilities thank you

6/10 Bueno

Super restaurant, friendly staff. We found the rooms very noisy with drunk people in the corridor several times during the nights we stayed. The shower was very low pressure and small. Beds very comfortable and really spacious rooms.

This hotel is in a severe down swing. The toilet didn’t work, the heater spewed out cigarette smoke who know from where and the restaurant food was inedible. Will never go there again

Only booked this hotel because it had a pool for my children to swim. Arrived and discovered pool out of order. Staff not very apologetic.

We stay here often because the place is so close to A1 on longer trips. The pool is amazing or kids love it and the sauna is great for us. Three breakfast is lovely and the room was very clean and spacious. The prices are very reasonable for the rooms. The staff are very friendly

Nice couple of nights. Excellent food in the restaurant when taking an evening meal. OK breakfast. All the restaurant and room staff were courteous and friendly. A few issues with reception and booking staff. We are still waiting for the £100 holding payment to be refunded six days after returning home!! Appears that the accounts department is very quick to take and very slow to refund!!

Everything was perfect. As part of a large wedding.party but travelling alone for the first time since losing my husband this year. I found the hotel and staff friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Strongly recommend, thank you x

6/10 Bueno

Reception and the bar area, nice, modern and although expensive, good food The pool was nice enough, clean and not too busy. The rooms are really really dated and in need of decoration and upgrades. Worse though is the air con which has similar power and effectiveness as a hamster on a wheel that doesn’t go around. It basically blows air already a hot room.
