Seamless check in.. it’s my second time stay in this hotel. Come back again because of the location, surrounded by great food and shopping. Huge and very clean room with nice city view. Excellent sound proof room as I am a light sleeper. Their bed and pillow are really comfortable. I always wake up fresh with no backache. Also their friendly and helpful staff, especially Jun who recommended great food/ restaurants. Will be back again.

Housekeeping was very responsive to our requests. I booked a room for 2 but 3 stayed and there was no extra charge. They even provided towels and slippers for the extra person.
