Great location. Close to highways, casino and the downtown area. Short walking distance to pretty much everywhere you want to go. Watch out for fast moving traffic near the hotel if you should walk anywhere. I'll go back.

We just stayed at this gem of a hotel for 3 nights. It is a great little hotel nestled between the 401 and 1000 Island Parkway and only a 20 minute drive to Kingston. There is lots of well lit free parking on site. The price was very reasonable for a great little tourist area with lots to do, including Smugglers Glen Golf Course, 1000 island cruises, Shorelines casino and a great paved bike path between Gananoque and Brockville which starts right next to the hotel. It is only a 5 minute drive to the waterfront area where there are lots of great restaurants. The rooms are not huge but very clean, comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel is modern with lots of amenities. The free breakfast has lots of choice and is replenished regularly. The staff is amazing! They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect! We were able to keep our bikes in a storage room on site. We enjoyed the spacious lobby where there is lots of space to play cards and socialize. There is also a large tv, pool table and foos ball table! Snacks, wine and beer are available to purchase on site! All in all it was a great stay!! I would definitely recommend the Tru Hilton to family and friends who plan to stay in the Gananoque area! Definitely 5 ⭐️

The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. There was a planned hydro outage during our stay due to local work being done in the area and staff handled it very well. Notifying each client as we walked in and explaining how the generators would keep one elevator working and there would still be hot breakfast available etc. The lobby area was great, offering late night service (beverages, snacks etc) and some game tables so we could enjoy a good old pool game. Free coffee and tea bar was a nice offering as well. Would definitely recommend.
