From the start a big disappointment. Traveling for a short vacation with my family I booked two rooms 3 months in advance. Upon check in I was told they only have one room for 3 people in my reservation. Paula a very unskilled person in customer service couldn't care less and didn't try to offer me options. When I started my call to expedia, they "suddenly" found the mistake they made and managed to accommodate us. Things didn't stop there, out of 5 nights, three of them we didn't have water no wi fi after 10 pm in our rooms. In my room the faucet was broken and took a minute for them to fix it. Safe boxes didn't work in two of the rooms. Towels look like a luxury. We only had 2 medium old towels, forget about hand or wash cloths. Noise was awful. Housekeepers would just come around 8 am when we were trying to rest knocking on doors so loud !! They would even walk on you with no regards for your privacy. Breakfast wasn't exactly a highlight. At breakfast Nelson was a really nice man, very attentive, but the woman who replaced him was awful. She was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable with inappropriate comments. I have to say most of the staff was helpful and respectful. Exceptions: Paula, the breakfast lady and housekeepers didn't make the cut. I'm not a person that is hard to please, but this was too much adding to have my family go through this. We opted to laugh about it, but we would never recommend this place.
