We stayed here over the weekend and it was a very convenient location. Close to Traverse City and Suttons Bay, with all kinds of wineries close by. The rooms were quiet and mostly clean. The host was very available and kind. You can tell that they are being updated beautifully, just a work in progress! Thank you and we will be back!

We only stayed one night, staff was easy to reach an extremely helpful. In the hotel room was clean and roomy ( we had gotten a double room). We ended up having our car get damaged off-site. Not on the hotel property and were allowed to stay a little extra time to get everything sorted out in the morning.

M22 Inn is perfectly located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. It is very basic but if you are looking to spend time outside (which we were) this is a great basic place. It was a bit humid in the room even when the AC (window unit) was running. There was no on site reception area but the communication via text was great, friendly and speedy.

It was chilly there on our weekend. 9/18-20/26. No heat was provided even asking about turning the main heat system on. Assured a small heater but never received. White towels are clean but well worn and grayish after they got wet. Room 17 shower/ toilet leaked. Only Luke warm water in bathroom sink and shower. Pity, cute place, rustic and owner seemed genuine.

Room 1 is too noisy and too much traffic light overnight. The room had a faucet leak that couldn’t be fixed. Overall clean and functional for the price. We like to stay there but room 1 won’t be a room we recommend staying in.

We enjoyed this pet friendly vacation, conveniently located 15 miles north of traverse city and just down the road from Downtown Suttons Bay. Easy to book and owners are on the property - quiet and friendly!

Loved the contactless check-in/check-out! Exactly what we needed for the tail end of our trip--just a comfortable bed in a clean room near everything we wanted to see! Plenty of space for everything we'd accumulated and super easy to get to!

I would highly recommend this gem M22 inn Suttons bay! Peaceful quite easy to get to. The beds are comfy and the room is very spacious. I will book this again, no problem!
