The Inside hallway and room was comfy and clean. The building exterior, elevator, parking garage, and laundry areas were so unkempt, dirty, and very, very old., and in need of much repair and upkeep/remodeling.

The Hotel is the most horrible place I been. Super dirty unsanitary so many homeless drug addicts with dogs inside the rooms. The most horrible thing of the Hotel is full of bed bugs so disgusting. I will never stay in the Hotel. I had to walk out after 1 hour been in the room with my children. And ask for a refund for my 2 rooms. I had to search for another Hotel to be able to sleep the night.

This hotel is disgustingly dirty. It’s beyond gross. There was blood on the wall and on the floor. There was a homeless man sleeping right by the vending machines the windows you couldn’t even look out of them from how dirty they were. There were abandoned cars where people that stay here for weeks and months in work on their cars send their cars paint their cars, and there was also two ladies one was laying on the floor on a pillow, and then the other one was sitting on a broken chair. I have pictures of everything I would love to share.

The room was clean, although the overall condition of the hotel areas are rough. Our room was basic - no coffee, no microwave. Needed a place to sleep that was close to everything (Mission Valley, Old Town, Downtown, etc.). I'd stay again if needed.

The room was clean and definitely recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. The property was under renovation and once it’s done it will look great, but until then the hallway, stairs, and elevator are a little rundown. The water didn’t get hot but the front desk was very receptive to tell the maintenance.
