Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü ve en pis oteldi.. 6. Katta kaldık balkondan baktığımızda otelin karşı bloğundaki 2 balkon tavanı çökmüştü şok olduk.. Bu halde hala işletmeye devam ediliyor inanılmaz.. Otel çok eski, nasıl ayakta duruyor hayret..

Chaika var en av de bästa hotellen innan som vi varit på därför valde vi att komma igen,men mycket har gått under. Ingen underhållning för barnen, maten fanns väldigt lite att välja av,enstaka 4-5 rätter det var allt. Poolen var väldigt kall och barnpoolen så smutsig att barnen kunde inte bada, så vi fick vara på stranden. Vi var väldigt besvikna. Rummen och personalen var bra och trevliga.

The swimming pool was not clean at all. In the hotel rooms the bathroom there was no warm or hot water. This is not something that you would like for a holiday for a week. The only thing that was good was the view. We were not all inclusive but they did not even let us have water. Overall this hotel was awful. I completly do not recommed this hotel to no one.

Görseldeki gibi kesinlikle değil,Otel eski bakımsız ve pis,Pazarlamak için çok güzel görseller kullanılmış. Otelin önü ve girişi çok bakımlı görünüyor resepsiyonda ödemeyi yaptıktan sonra kazık yediğinizi anlıyorsunuz,Odamızın tuvalet tavanı su damlatıyor,sıçak su bazen var bazen yok,Odalar,koridorlar pis ve bakımsız.Yemekleri yiyemiyorsunuz,Otel misafirlerinin hepsi bir biri ile sohbet ederken herbirinin ortak şikayetleri bunlar,Şahsen ben oranın patronu olsam müdürünü kovar doğru dürüst yöneticilerle bu işi yaparım otelin yönetilemediği çok açık ve net...

Otel genel.arak cok pis. Ilk verdiklari odada yataklarin ayagi kırıktı.cok pis kokuyordu. Otelde odayi bulmam 15dk mi aldi. 3 kisiye sorarak ancak bulabildim. Odanin kullanilamayacagini degistirmek istedigimi soyleyince hemen degistirdiler. Oteldeki tek olumlu yan bu bence.

Hotel is very run down and not taking care of. We had a ocean view which was great except the bar at the bottom of the hotel on the boardwalk blasts music until 8am. Thankfully we aren't bothered by the noise and expect it in the area but I could see this being a big issue for a lot of people. Never tried the restaurant after seeing the state of the hotel. Location is good, hotel has 3 buildings but only one is currently being used.

First night terrible rooms one with no bed sheets no towels. Mold all over . Parking far away ( I am handicapped)nobody spoke English that night . The all inclusive a bad joke . The restaurant dirty . Food cold . The food was worse than the one distributed for homeless people.Garbage everywhere.

Rooms are dirty and very outdated. Needs renovation. Balcony's are almost connected with each other room so people can tweek in your balcony or room and even break in its not safe. Room smells too. I was there for 4 nights and they cleaned 1 time and only the floor. Oh and there are too many gypsies.

Varning för dåligt hotell!

Fallfärdigt hotell. Ingenting som var helt. Personalen var nonchalant. Allmänna utrymmen så som korridorer, hiss och lobby var inte städat på läänge. Polen gick inte att bada i då den var helt mjölkig. Frukosten gick inte att äta, allt såg grått ut. Vi fick byta hotell för det kändes som en hälsofara att bo där med våra två barn.

Unkept (reminded me of Faulty Towers)

Unkept. Hotel is falling apart. Broken lounge chairs, dated, and the beach directly in front w lounge chairs isn’t even theirs so you have to pay for the lounge chairs. Tear it down and start over. Convenient opening in the fence that allows anyone to get into the property unsecured. Virtually no oversight. If I did Sunny Beach again (I won’t) I’d find a much cheaper option with a smaller pool (even). Not even worth the location. I’ve stayed in some Soviet era hotels in Kiev (but I knew that was going to be the case) and here I can attest I read the reviews and hoped for better, but they were spot on. I did at least have hot water. Bed was comfortable. If you can stay here for 35 a night I’d jump on it, don’t pay over 50.

Skittent og ødelagt hele komplekset. Deler av takkonstruksjonen var ramlet ned. Alt bar preg av ekstrem slitasje, og burde vært stengt og sannert. Ikke heis som fungerte. Det var fult av mugg og luktet urin/kloakk på hotellrommet. Det var ikke rengjøring av rom eller bytte av handuker under hele oppholdet på en uke. Vannet i dusjen var iskaldt fra klokken 16.00 til 23.00. Resepsjonen bryr seg ikke, og spiller overasket. Bassenget er fult av matrester og søppel. Det er ingen renhold. Bassenget er også iskaldt. Det må fylles opp med vann fra en brannslange hver dag, siden det er store lekkasjer. Det går ikke å kjøpe drikke i barene, hvis du ikke har all inklusive. Det eneste positive er at det er kort vei til strandpromenaden og stranda. Hold dere langt unna dette stedet.

Vi hadde bestilt reise med Frokost men måtte betale ekstra for dette.140 Leva for 2 pers. Hadde bestilt rom med overbygd terrasse men fikk en som var 50 cm bred, dem vi reiste sammen med hadde std rom som hadde større terrasse om bedre std enn vårt. Badet var så skittent at vi brukte sko inne og Armaturet til Dusjen hang å slang. Måtte mase for å få Toalett papir og rene Håndklær. Rommet vårt var ikke vasket når vi ankom å det lå igjen matrester og søpla var ikke tømt😡😡 Kommmer ALDRI til å anbefale dette stedet til andre. Håper det går Konkurs. Burde stenges å total restaureres før det slippes inn nye gjester. Har bilder men får ikke lagt dem til. Burde få igjen pengene så dårlig er opplevelsen med Hotellet.

I would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. I can't believe Expedia even recognizes this as a safe place to stay. The hotel is unfinished, elevators and hallway lights didn't work, rooms did not have any electrical outlets, air conditioning was broken and bathroom had cockaroaches. There were also no towels, shower curtains, soap, sheets, or drinking cups in the rooms. It felt like I was staying in a construction site. There were only 2 staff members for the entire hotel. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night and arrived late and left first thing in the morning. I won't even talk about the disgusting breakfast, it was a health hazard. It's a shame because the location of this hotel is great.

The location was the best A1 quality. Just a few steps and you were on the promenade and the beach. The staff didn't speak any English, there was always something out of food and the toilet was dirty. The toilet pair was almost always out of stock, so it was worth buying your own from the store just in case. The hotel was built with good quality materials. The hotel would make a great destination and someone would invest in it. It was easy to get around and stay at the hotel because there wasn't much to customers. But we still had a great time thanks to the great location

Elendig

Har bodd på dette hotellet mange ganger tidligere og vært fornøyd, men dette blir siste gang. Hotellet og servicen har forfalt totalt. Det er slitt og skittent og holder ikke standard på noen ting. På rommet var det kun en stikkontakt som kunne brukes. Renholdet var ikke tilstedeværende. Vi bodde 8 netter på hotellet og rommet ble ikke vasket en eneste gang. Det ble ikke skiftet på sengen eller levert nye håndklær og toalettpapir. Søppla måtte vi ta ut selv. Måtte i resepsjonen for å be om dopapir og rene håndklær. Søvn ble det og lite av, renholderne gikk i gangene å ropte til hverandre konstant og i timesvis fra tidlig på morgen, noe som vekte oss daglig. Hva de gjorde der kan man jo lure på, for de vasket hvertfall ikke rommene.

Stay away from this place.

I wish I paid more attention to other guests reviews and never booked this hotel. This is NOT a 4 star beach resort, it does not deserve even 2 stars. It feels like a dormitory on a college campus. - There is no shampoo - teeny tiny bar soap is all you get. - There are no hand or face towels. - There is no hot water from 5 to 8pm, it is mildly warm. - There is not a single glass or cup in the room - you will have to drink water from the bottle. - There is no tea kettle or coffee maker in the room. - There is no electrical outlet - I had to unplug their TV in order to charge my phone. - Toilet is leaking so there is water on the bathroom floor. - Bathroom shelf is half broken and hanging at 30 degrees angle, the sink itself is also installed at some angle, so whatever you put on it (toothbrush, soap) will fall. I had to keep my toothbrush on the table in the room. - The key to your room is not a programable card like you might expect, it is a physical key attached to a huge metal rectangle with your room number written on it. When you go to a pool you just don’t know where to put it. - The safe deposit box is old, doesn’t have a code combination, requires a physical key and probably can be opened with a screwdriver. - Closet sliding doors are broken and opening them requires 2 hands and some physical exercise. - You will hear loud noise (music from the bar and people screaming) until 2am, so if you are light sleeper it will be a problem.

Partyhotell som ikke ryddes

Perfekt beliggenhet, rett på stranden og strandpromenaden. Gode madrasser og ok størrelse på rommet. Vannet rant utover hele badegulvet når man dusjet. Mye bråk på hotellet, og det fremstår som ett partyhotell for ungdommer. Det ble ikke ryddet på bassengområdet, slik at det fløt over av beger med skvetter med all-innclusive drikke. Solsengene var gamle og ødelagte. Kunne vært ett av de beste hotellene i Sunny Beach, både med tanke på størrelse og beliggenhet, men er dårlig vedlikeholdt og for mye rot og bråk.

אם אתם רוצים חופשה בכייף אל תלכו למלון הזה !!!

רמה מאוד נמוכה כל המלון עם ריח של שתן חדרים עם נמלים רצפה מלוכלכת ריח נוראייייי חדר אוכל: לא יודעת איך אנשים אוכלים שם, סירחון שלא ראיתי בחיי היינו בקומה 7 וכל המעליות של המלון היו מקולקלות במהלך 4 ימים מתוך 6 ימים שהיינו שם עכשיו תתארו לכם איך עולים ויורדים עם ילדים קטנים במהלך היום אפילו כשעזבנו הם לא עבדו והיינו צריכים לסחוב את המזוודות 7 קומות. פשוט מזעזע!!!! וזה רק על קצה המזלג היה לנו גם בעיית רעש והעבירו אותנו חדר בחדר החדש לא היה מזגן, לא היה מנעול לדלת, לא היו מים בברז את תעשו את זה לעצמכם בקיצור
