Guys I donāt like to complain, as a matter of fact I hate to complain, but there were some areas you can improve. The first one will be ātimeā I went to have breakfast this morning and Iām not kidding it took one hour and a half to have it served, my wife had to get up twice to ask if we gonna get served or not, it wasnāt even busy at the time, so yeah, you guys really need to improve on this field, another thing was the kit for the jacuzzi, the person told us it was 150 and did not specify that the 150 was in dollars, I donāt mind to pay, but I donāt like to be mislead, you have to tell me if what Iām paying is in dollars or Quetzales. I donāt appreciate when someone tells me one thing and in the end is another. And the last thing is time again, it takes forever to be checked out, and the lady at the front desk told me to have a seat and it took forever literally , I had to go back to the front desk again and ask, this is really not acceptable, I have never, ever complained for a hotel stay, but Iām gonna make an exception cause I really think you guys did a really bad job in this fields.
