Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning. We had coffee every afternoon outside on the patio in their restaurant. The location was perfect for walking to sites.

Incredibly central hotel, tucked off the Main Street with shops, restaurants and thr main square on your doorstep. Great for a short sightseeing trip. Breakfast included and a great selection. Very helpful staff. Rooms aren’t huge but well furnished with comfortable beds. Things to note there are stairs involved, but Zagreb has lots of steps in general so if you have mobility issues it may be a challenge. The coffee for the room an all in one with sugar so bring your own if that’s not your thing. Lovely hotel which I would definitely recommend.

We arrived at the hotel after a taxi ride from the airport. The young man behind the desk spoke perfect English and was so helpful in answering our questions and locating various sights on the map. He insisted on carrying my suitcase up to our room, which I really appreciated! All the front desk staff were great and I'm sorry I didn't get their names! Breakfast was very good and convenient for guests.

The Jagerhorn is one of the older hotels in Zagreb, so you must forgive things like handicap access, and overall lack of modern conveniences. It has great character, and a wonderful breakfast buffet, and is very convenient to city center activities (right down the street from the funicular). I will say that the staff were extremely helpful, in particular Jurica, who was so wonderful in arranging things like taxis, and responding to my every request. If you like being in walking distance of many of the notable sights of Zagreb, this is a great choice.

Great hotel. Clean, nice, and a good breakfast. Also a very good location. No complaints. I did miss the entrance and ended up walking up to the upper town with all my luggage, but I take 90% of the blame for that!

Nice, clean room and great place for breakfast. Excellent location to be downtown but it was also set back from the main road and felt more intimate

Very quaint, charming hotel, right in the heart of old city Zagreb. Three minute walk to the main Square. Lots of restaurants and shops and convenience. Stores within a two minute walk. Excellent buffet breakfast with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
