Ich kann die vorherigen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Das Hotel ist rundum perfekt und einfach toll! Es werden jeden Tag die Zimmer tip top sauber gemacht und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und jeden Tag gibt es sehr viel frisches Obst zur Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind alle renoviert. Ausserdem findet jeden Mittwoch direkt in der Hotelanlage einer der bekanntesten Hippy Märkte Ibizas statt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Super toll!

The stay was very restful and relaxing. The room was big, and the bed was firm but comfortable. The only complaint about the room was that there was no door between the toilet and the room. So not a lot of privacy. Our room only had a front window and a glass door in the front. However, if you left the curtains open, then you had no privacy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was big and plenty of sunbeds. The biggest complaint was the food. Quality varied quite a bit. There was enough on offer, but for the price and it being a 4-star resort, it felt very low quality.

Grand domaine bien entretenu avec belle piscine vue mer. Petit déjeuner varié avec diverses options. Chambre clean et spacieuse bonne literie mais mal insonorisée. Nous avons demandé à changer dès l’arrivée heureusement qu’il y avait de la disponibilité car chambre proposée au bord de la route .. et il manque quelques éléments fonctionnels vs prix de celle ci. Parking au alentour, pas très éloigné mais pas très rassurant lorsque vous rentrez tard le soir.

We were reading reviews and were worry but it’s absolutely different experience! We skied for upgrade and for 60 eur per night we got a big room with terrace and separate bathroom. Territory is clean,we liked the idea that it is all separate little houses with few room ,not one big hotel. Breakfast was really good,a lot of variety for 3 stars,some people forgot its not 5 stars :) Pool is nice,we don’t get to earlier so no issue with opening time,see is in 10 minutes walk and it is so warm! The only thing,we’ve need prominsed coffee machine and robes with water every day and we didn’t get it,we reminded a few times and just tired in the end. But we absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

Staff were friendly especially at the pool bar. The food at the pool bar was lovely for lunch. The rooms were on the small side and the bathrooms could do with a little bit of a refresh around the shower areas. The grounds were gorgeous with lots of lush greenery and pretty plants. The restaurant was nice and breakfast was very good with a very wide range of dishes to choose from. The pool area is lovely with breathtaking views of the sea and island. The hippy market in the grounds on a Wednesday is very busy but an amazing treat. Walking distance to Es Canar with lots of good shops and restaurants. Beware there is no car park unless you want to pay 18€ a day. But the staff did let us know about a piece of land where we could park for free. Just know it is very dusty and pitch black at night so make sure your phone is charged so you have a torch! The room to use to shower if you have an early checkout has no air con and is quite smelly.

This place was absolutely incredible with the kindest staff you could ask for. If you’re looking to escape the club scene and wind down for a relaxing vacation this is probably the best spot for it. Will be guaranteed coming back in the near future

It was okay, my main concern was the parking was very far away and in an unlit dirty field. I felt unsafe walking back to the hotel at night. Also there were no towels at the pool area. I was told to get one from reception and pay a deposit. Which I found unbelievable.Only stayed 3 nights out of 5.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, gepflegt und weitläufig. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und dank der guten Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Ein großes Lob an das Personal: Wir haben unser Handy im Taxi verloren. Eine Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und dank ihres Engagements haben wir es wiederbekommen – vielen Dank! Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und teilweise wirklich gut, geschmacklich ist aber noch Luft nach oben. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Fast alle Teller waren schmierig und viele Gläser bzw. Becher hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das sollte dringend verbessert werden. Etwas ungewöhnlich fanden wir außerdem das Zimmerkonzept: Die Toilette ist komplett offen und hat keine Tür. Dadurch gibt es praktisch keine Privatsphäre. Schade, da die Zimmer wirklich schön eingerichtet sind. Auch die Getränke waren enttäuschend. An der Snackbar waren Cola und Eistee aus der Zapfanlage verdorben. Die Mitarbeiter bestätigten das selbst, trotzdem wurde das Problem bis zum nächsten Tag nicht behoben. An der Poolbar waren die Softdrinks ebenfalls kaum trinkbar und die Cocktails aus der Maschine meist warm und sehr süß. Der Pool war überraschend warm und bot kaum Abkühlung. Positiv war hingegen der Handtuchservice gegen 10 € Pfand. Mit besserer Getränkequalität und sauberem Geschirr wäre das Hotel wirklich top.

Séjour

Court séjour d’une nuit, la chambre est spacieuse et très propre, cependant il n’y a pas de volet aux fenêtres qui donne directement sur les allées de la résidence et les stores ne sont pas occultants ce qui est très gênant pour la salle de bain par exemple.. et l’éclairage des véhicule la nuit. Egalement, dans notre chambre nº3204 il est impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder toute la salle d’eau, nous avons été obligé de camoufler le seuil de porte pour éviter la catastrophe malgré nos précautions car le carrelage fraîchement rénové n’est pas suffisamment pentu, nous avons donc les pieds dans l’eau pour accéder au WC et lavabo ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable et dangereux avec la prise de courant à proximité. Pour les points positifs, l’espace piscine est vraiment magnifique et bien entretenu et le repas servi est d’une grande qualité nous avons beaucoup apprécié, il faudrait juste revoir les horaires, la fermeture du buffet à 21h30 et précipité. Néanmoins, nous reviendrons, l’accueil a été très agréable et le service de manière générale est top !

Péssimo hotel

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. O quarto que me ofereceram tinha uma janela minúscula, quase sem entrada de luz natural ou ventilação adequada, o que tornava o ambiente claustrofóbico. Além disso, o espaço estava visivelmente sujo, comprometendo o mínimo de conforto esperado. Outro ponto negativo foi a ausência de cortina blackout: durante a noite, a claridade externa invadia o quarto, prejudicando completamente o descanso. O teto baixo intensificava ainda mais a sensação de aperto e desconforto. O problema não para por aí: o hotel não possui estacionamento. Fui obrigado a deixar o carro na rua, muitas vezes em vagas proibidas, já que simplesmente não havia alternativas seguras ou oficiais disponibilizadas pelo estabelecimento. Para completar, o acesso ao hotel é difícil e pouco prático, tornando a estadia ainda menos agradável. Diante de todos esses fatores, não recomendo a hospedagem a ninguém que valorize conforto, higiene e uma boa experiência de viagem.
