I was told that breakfast was included and would start at 8:00 AM. I went to the dining area at 8:00, but there was no one there. At 8:20, a woman finally arrived, but she did not start preparing anything.
I told her that I needed to leave before 8:45, but instead of preparing my breakfast, she started setting up all the tables first. As a result, I was not served on time. On top of that, her attitude toward me was very rude and unprofessional.
I contacted the hotel owner, but nothing was improved. Honestly, it feels like “breakfast included” is misleading.
This experience was very disappointing, especially for travelers who are on a schedule. I would not recommend this place if breakfast is important to you.
