My stay was very average. Everything was do it yourself most likely bc of Covid. They locked the doors and in the morning when I was leaving I forgot my card and it took a while for someone to come to the front desk bc it was early. This unfortunately made me late to the airport. Also the room wasn't that clean, the plugs were filthy which is worrisome during a time where it is important for one's health for it to be clean. The water in the shower was very low pressure too. All in all, a very average stay.

The room was fine, though they gave me a handicap room so i was not what i was expecting. There are a few things I wish were different that will cause me to shoose a better Hilton(long time Honor Member here). forst the HOT water or lack thereof. I was on the 2nd floor, anf it took 15 min to get even lukewarm water--UNSAT and unacceptable for Hilton. I recommended this venue to my family for a gathering and it was a common issue. This is a basic need for guests. Next, the front door was locked 24/7 and inconvenient for guests every time to use a card to enter the lobby during the day. Late night, I understand is a security thing, but during the day, NO! Finally, because of C-19the pool and jacuzzi were closed. I understand the risks, but if perhaps the place was opened by appointment for guests and limited to a certain number using it by each day, the staff could clean it or sanitize the area after each use, just a thought. I don't think the water is a place where you can catch the virus, again, just a thought. Overall, not happy with the venue.
To be fair, we stayed here during the COVID 19 crisis. The staff was great, very friendly and went out of their way. My complaints: it took three tries from the staff to get the tv working. And I had to keep hitting the reset button in order to keep the tv stay connected. The shower water temp was luke warm and the pressure was weak. Parking was very expensive: $18 a day and the lot was a two blocks away, including going to the 4th floor. The good points of the hotel: great staff, great location, the room has lots of space for a married couple, lots of good restaurants, very safe. The hallways and hotel door trim needs to be painted but that’s just a cosmetic issue. If can get this hotel for under a $100, it’s a good deal.
It was a great great location very clean nice people that work there the only drawback is there's no real food but I guess they can't help that right now at this moment enjoyed my stay

It would have been nice if the pool was open. First time where I parked down the street from where I stayed area felt safe
Usually never leave a bad review or comment. I must have missed the renovation warning, but there was a lot of construction at the time. Bathroom was not completely clean and remote was dirty due to the adhesive from the “sanitized for your safety” sticker. Glad I had shoes on because I stepped on a sewing needle once i walked in. Aside from the the front desk agent who checked us in was super nice to us.
