Big size room close to metro station
The room was very comfortable and good size. Not in the heart of the city but close to the Main Street where there are restaurants and luxury brand in the walking distance, and 200 m far from metro station. It takes 20 min to reach out the center, SOL station. Nice kitchen with sufficient equipment.

Good stay but the shower was not working properly
Overall we liked the place, but they get 3-starts because our shower was not working properly. The hot water was too hot and we had to shower with a pot to not burn. We talked to the concierge about the issue on Friday, but no one came to the property until Monday causing us to have a less than desirable experience.

I don’t think the sheets on the bed had been changed. It had hair particles and a red stain that may have been blood. I didn’t like limited toilet paper and towels in the apartment. When asked for more towels wereaccused of having more people in the apartment than agreed upon. Other than thes 2 matters, the place was clean and comfortable living. I appreciated the help from the maid and janitor who helped us get into the room. It was quite different from America of course. I appreciated the early check in time since our plane arrive at 8 a.m. and check in was at 3 p.m. Overall, i emjoyed our stay and would return again if life allows me.

Para una pareja o pareja extendida es un buen lugar si vas a estar muchos días en Madrid: fácil comunicación con transporte público, fácil para vivir con todos los servicios a mano. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitas en casa y pasar tiempo en el. A pesar de haber hecho el check in tuve que volver a introducir los datos y el mando del aire acondicionado no funcionaba por lo que la primera noche fue fría. Pero se resolvió todo bien. En general muy satisfecho y lo recomiendo si quieres ir a tu ritmo sin pasar por ninguna recepción y entrar y salir a tu bola

Supert opphold!
Fantastisk fin leilighet med alt du kan trenge av fasiliteter. Ordning med sjekk inn på maskin funket bra. Store skap til oppbevaring av bagasje. Det var noe hår/støv/flekker, særlig på badet, som gjorde at jeg trakk ned noe på antall stjerner. Det er ikke daglig renhold i leiligheten, noe som er OK, men skulle gjerne ønsket at vi fikk nye håndklær hver dag / annen hver dag. Resepsjonen har toalett, men toalettene hadde lite dopapir og det var heller ikke såpe / tørkepapir til å vaske hender. Oppsummert ville vi absolutt kommet på besøk igjen. ☺️

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und gut eingerichtet! Das ausziehbare Sofa war allerdings nicht wirklich bequem und hat für Rückenschmerzen gesorgt. Die Gegend war ok, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir näher ins Zentrum ziehen. Drumherum gab es nicht wirklich Essensmöglichkeiten.

Éramos tres amigas de ferias . Nossa chegada foi meio caótica, pois não há portaria com recepcionistas e eu em Nenhum momento recebi email ou mensagem para efetuar. O pagamento é receber um código. Fiz reserva para pagar no alojamento e como Não recebi nenhuma notificação não tinha obrigação de ficar na porta ligando pra resolver a situação. Ficamos do lado de fora por um bom tempo até que consegui ajuda com uma voz femenina que me enviou e-mail para efetuar o pagamento do lado de fora e só quando tiveram confirmação do pagamento nos enviaram o código. Não tem toalha ou individuais pra mesa e a porta da direto na rua.
