We booked the property for a group of 5 of us for 4 nights, we were a group with 1 couple, and 3 single guys, so we made sure to book a place with 4 beds (although just 2 bedrooms, it listed 2 beds in the living room). We were charged an extra $50 per night per person for everyone in the group over 3 (so an extra charge of $400 total), which we were ok with seeing as how everyone would get a bed.
We arrived and outside our unit's door in the hallway was multiple holes all over the baseboard, then we stepped through the front door and there was another 8 or more holes approx 4"x8" each! After a quick walkthrough we realized there was only 3 beds. We immediately texted the property manager and got no responses. One of the guys agreed to take some cushions and make a bed on the floor, and we assured him we would make sure to get a refund back for him as we were grossly mislead. Next we had a very confusing time trying to understand how the fob works (you have to press a button to activate the elevator) as there was no directions anywhere on how to use it, I had to embarrassingly ask a stranger in the elevator what was I doing wrong. I went to my bathroom and was shocked at how grimy and dirty the ceiling fan was. I have back problems and a hot bath always helps, so our first morning there I went to go use the bathtub, but the drain plug had been tampered with and made having a bath impossible.
Overall, other then those things, the cleanliness of the place was decent.
