I never got to actually stay. Booked three months in advance, with an option to pay on arrival at the premises. Two months later received a text that my booking is cancelled due to "enough people have paid online". So basically my 'booking' was completely scrapped - these people have no idea what the word reservation means.
The only response to my complaint was "sorry for the inconvenience" - well, this wasn't an inconvenience, this was a full-on breach of agreement. As a business, terrible practice.
I wouldn't trust this "hotel" with anything they say, now.
