This establishment definitely deserves 5 stars, great location, really nice atmosphere, safe and quiet area, walking distance to restaurants and a tube station. Only complaint is the A/C DID NOT WORK properly which was crazy because my room was super super small, I was sweating all the time, despite the bed was beyond comfortable I could not sleep well because of the heat. Will definitely consider staying here again only if I get a room with good A/C.

The space was clean and I like the idea of the contactless check in and check out. The room was tight and I do wish there was a little more counter space for bathroom supplies. We had some trouble with using the app to enter our room so they had to make us keys instead. Staff was very responsive to issues. Our door also didn’t fully close when we went to go leave the first time so they had to get maintenance to fix, but took care of it quickly. Nice being a little away from the busy streets but still close to tube stations.
