Yes, we had! Arrived at the hotel around 6pm, booked 2 nights with Hotel.com a month ago. Surprised to find that the room assigned was a mess, no housekeeping was done, after dragging the luggage up to second floor (no elevator hotel). We had to walk back to the reception on the ground floor. Ringing the bell for service as before to get someone to help us. After a long wail, finally got a room in a different building. It was late we had go out for dinner. Came back to find that the vanity sink was not draining, the shower gel was empty, the room was very noisy, from next door or upstairs or construction early the morning. Even worse, we got locked out next day (cards didn’t work). The receptionists said I could have demagnetized the cards. Easy to blame someone! I had carefully put one in my jacket and another in my back pocket! So much for responsibility and accountability here I spoke to the manager at checkout. BTW, I did participate the Green program I thought it was an excellent idea: if you don’t need housekeeping in a two day or more stay, they would offer you $10 credit towards your bill which I didn’t get anything mentioned.
Spending my time to do this review during our busy traveling is to help the hotel to improve the quality of the services or you could lose more customers like us.
