The staff upon arrival were lovely, prompt & very helpful when checking in which is always a great cirst impression! Our room was even better than the photos suggested, bigger too.
Great comfy bed & pillows with a lovely lounge area to chill out & get ready to head out for the evening.
It’s the second time we have stayed here & will continue to keep coming back along with being close to cafes & restaurants for the next mornings breakfast!

A nice stay at The Cullen. The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms could do with a little update and a deep clean. There was a pile of (what looked like) plaster dust in the bathroom. Great location amongst the bustle of South Yarra. Would visit again.
