Amazing location. Easy to access and clean room.

Staff were helpful. Room and building is old and needs investment. Room comfortable enough. You’re not staying here to spend all your time in the room. It’s centrally located so easy to get around Melbourne.

The room was clean and in a good location for access to the city of Melbourne. However it was a small basic room with no television as specified. The window was covered with an unretractable screen. Behind the screen was a wall of the next building. The website boasts of city views, We certainly did not get that room. As you could not effectively get to the window, it could not be opened. Overall clean room which if you are staying for 1 night - would be ok. However, I could not imagine staying longer than a single night. There was nothing to do in the room or look at.

not the most upmarket hotel but good value and perfectly located for Marvel Stadium, Entertainment, The Trams, Spencer Street Station and the airport bus.

You had to ask for your room to be serviced, then when it was, extremely rough job, bed not even made. Motel very run down, needs an upgrade

Great value for money. Staff terrific. Not too sure if the room air con is too good. The lift card sca ner could be better. Still overall very good. You're only really there to sleep after all

2/10 Mediocre

Room was filthy - my white socks were grey. The surfaces were all filthy too - I wiped down every table in the room & my wipes were dirty too. Also got stuck in the lift for 5 mins as the reception didn’t tell me you had to use your key card in the lift (it’s not obvious). Blinds had mould on them. Then beard hair in the sink. The bed was relatively comfortable & clean however, minus the dark brown long hair & I am blonde - not mine... I was booked for two nights & applied for a refund, even for one, hoping to book somewhere else as I didn’t feel comfortable, but the hotel has declined this. Extremely poor from them. It’s a cheap hotel - but you get what you pay for. No TV, but I don’t need one so that doesn’t bother me. I wouldn’t stay again.

Property was close the train station which was very convenient for check in and check outs. The room was very big but the lighting was more ambient then full on lights not a big deal but something to note

Very convenient location and quite cheap but not a great room. Small and felt very dated. Staff were friendly (Kim) but you get what you pay for. Lights didn't all work. No window to open.

Good hotel in great location. Hotel is clean but room could use a lift up but can't complain to much with the price. Staff is helpful. Laundry was out of service when I visited.
