We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave after two days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient to Ubud central and most of all, we loved the beautiful property and swimming in the pools. It was quiet, clean and lovely and I would recommend to anyone.

ウブドの中心地からはすこし離れてますが、車で連れて行ってくれるし、帰りは電話をすると迎えに来てくれます。 朝は9時以降でないとドライバーさんが来ないので ウブドの観光案内主催のツアー（9時出発）にギリギリ間に合わないと言った所、 ドライバーさんが少し早く出勤してくれて連れて行ってくれました。 レストランの予約をしてもらうときも、ドレスコードなども細かく聞いてくれて、とても親切にしてくれました。 朝ごはんはイマイチでしたが、夕食をオーダーして食べたときは美味しかったです。 とてものどかで窓から見える田んぼをアヒルが1列で歩く姿が毎朝見られます。 シャワーカーテンがないので、周りに水がはねたりはしますが おおむね快適に過ごすことができます。 次回のウブド滞在の時にもここを利用したいと思っています。

このホテルについてはいろいろあります。口コミを参考に値段、ライスビューなどで選びました。まず、スタッフは笑顔でフレンドリーでしたが、部屋にタオルもバスマットも歯ブラシもない。一通りリクエストしたら、持ってきてくれたげと、部屋の掃除後にあったのは、タオルだけ。朝食はまずいと口コミがありましたが、スタッフが日替わりで作っているのか？最初の朝食はビアビアよりうまかったです。二日目はまずくて食べられませんでした。また、シャトルバスは1時間に一度という口コミをみましたが、現在は一日4便程度。そのほかの時間は王宮まで、50000rp。やく400円かかります。王宮からの距離を考えたら、もう少し頑張っとほしいところです。王宮までは、アップダウンはありますが、徒歩25分ほど。道中はなかなか楽しい道のりです。あと、初日は帰りのシャトルを王宮で待てどもまでども来ない。歩いて帰って、いろいろきいたから、王宮から電話しないと、こないそうな。だったら、先に言って欲しかった。そして、最後に、このホテルには、何度かメールをしました。まったく返事がきません。エクスペディアを通して、二回催促しても返事がなかったです。決して悪くないホテルですが、スタッフの笑顔とは裏腹に、対応の悪さはピカイチです。違うホテルに移動して、ようやくホットできました！

Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming and promptly assisted me to my room on the first level. However, the property did not have ramps, which made it difficult to manage luggage as we had to drag multiple heavy bags up and down small sets of stairs after traveling internationally for nine days. The room itself was very disappointing. The ceilings showed visible mold, the bathroom was unclean with outdated fixtures, a peeling and damaged toilet seat, and a shower that appeared not to have been sanitized in some time. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the view overlooked a developing area scattered with tools, separated only by a short fence from what seemed to be an abandoned rice field. While the pool outside appeared nice, the overall condition of the facilities made it uninviting. Due to these issues, I had to check out immediately and book last-minute accommodations in Canggu, which was inconvenient as most of my excursions were based in Ubud. This property is in urgent need of renovations, particularly updated bathroom fixtures, furniture, and improved maintenance, to provide guests with a more comfortable and hygienic stay.

Mala relaciòn calidad precio.

La habitaciòn no estaba muy limpia y las toallas ni se pueden utilizar porque luego apestas a lejìa, la ubicaciòn un poco lejana del centro, aunque tienen transporte gratuito al centro. El desayuno suficiente, pero monòtono. Lo mejor del hotel el personal.

Muy buena estancia. Personal excelente y muy atentos que te facilitan todo lo que pides. Habitación muy buena y ubicación muy especial, en medio de la jungla y arrozales (está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad pero se puede alquilar un scooter facilmente y hay servicio de bus gratis.). Solo 2 cosas malas: mucha humedad en el baño, y mucho ruido por la madrugada (gallos, pajaros...)

Habitación amplia

Muy cómoda. Usamos el hotel sólo para dormir, Después de estar todo el día fuera era una delicia llegar a una habitación tan espaciosa. De haber estado más tiempo en el hotel hubiésemos utilizado las 2 piscinas que estaban en zonas ajardinadas muy bien cuidadas. El desayuno racionado, te lo sirven en mesa.

Anini Raka is certainly value for money. Couldn’t get anything that cheap in Australia, that also includes breakfast. However, it’s a stretch to call it a resort or spa. There was no spa, and no morning yoga as advertised.

Lovely hotel for 3 star

Staff friendly helpful,free shuttle to Ubud market or if possible request drop off Yoga Barn or where i want frop off. Rooms clean tidy,bottled water daily,kettle coffee/tea make facilities,breakfast great eggs bacon all included,our rooms over looked rice paddy one side,pool the other,showers lovely & hot.if u are on a budget,as not 5 stars,hotel was great,restaurants dwn the street,good prices...

Close to supermarket, takes about 10 mins ride to go to ubud market, cheap price. Nice view to see some rice field, water flow is kind of low. There are a couple of living ants on the bed in the first night, but not the second night.

ウブド中心部からはちょっと遠いけどスーパーは近いし目の前にランドリーもあるので足があれば便利。虫は多少は出ます。（アリとヤモリは見ました。）バスタブがあるのとシャワーの出がいいのはよかった。冷蔵庫も結構冷える。

Pretty standard

The experience was ok but nothing special. Certainly safe and secure and not completely unhygienic. However the facilities are old, curtains were mouldy, paint peeling on walls, tv didn't work and towels looked and felt like cleaning rags - covered in stains. My mattress was quite uncomfortable (hard) and was stained underneath (no mattress topper - just a thin, old, stained sheet between me and the mattress. The breakfast was included and was ok...but 2 out of the 3 days I was there they didn't have the option I chose on the menu. But nice to have some sort of breakfast available. The staff were nice enough. For this price point though, there are a lot nicer options. I wouldn't choose this place again.

Comfortable Balinese hotel with beautiful garden

This hotel is a very comfortable and friendly hotel with a beautiful garden and rice terrace views. The staff are very attentive and caring. I sustained an injury in Ubud and the staff were very helpful in helping me whilst I got better. I look forward to staying there again.
