First of all they have the wrong address listed on the app so I had to call the lady to give me the correct address. After a few attempts I was able to get to the correct property. There is no sign of being a Hotel Duran in the outside of the property.
There was no hot water, and either they give you an access key to the front door so you have to constantly call them for them to open the door from the inside and the outside. Which was very annoying, a hotel needs a receptionist there if you have a manual door.
There was no hot water at all. I had to shower in cold water that day I left.
She couldn’t find the payment due to my reservation after showing proof on the app that is room has been paid she still was demanding payment. I had to show her, my bank extract, the chat with someone in the Hotels.com app, and the receipt that was showing there. After back and forth demanding payment she realized it was paid but I lost one hour of my time.
The location is good, but I will recommend anyone else to look for another hotel, which is actually a real Hotel. One more cleaner, one that call let you in and out of the property with out feeling you need to ask for mother to open the door.
The room and front desk needs a lot more cleaning.
