Suddenly Sally was DELISH. Espresso martini was 11/10. Sister hotel, otter, restaurant was also super delicious. Hot pools were a great value add and shops / town of Banff was a short 10 minute walk. Bus pass comes with your stay. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are very clean and hotel is easy to get around to the downtown.The hot tubs are beautiful The restaurant did however run out of burgers on a Saturday night which was disappointing as we then had to leave hotel and find other food. Check in was wonderful- Nina was beyond helpful and friendly this hotel is a must stay would stay here again .

My family and I had a great time at this resort/hotel,it was very clean the rooms were big and the amenities was great,there is a restaurant and coffee shop in the lobby that had fresh bakery and coffee every day,upon check in they give you fresh tea bag that they make on site,i would definitely stay here again

Spotlessly clean, loved the hot pools and the complimentary tea, coffee and cocoa on demand. The service and staff were wonderful; they even found a pencil and sharpener for my daughter so she could do her homework. My youngest was a little disappointed there was no true swimming pool, but the rest of us didn't mind. The view from the hot pools is spectacular. They also provide free bus passes, which we appreciated so we could avoid trying to find parking downtown. We will stay here again on our next trip to Banff.
