오래되어서 드레인이 잘 안내려간다거나, 세면대의 배수구가 약간 샌다거나 하는 문제가 있었습니다. 그 외에는 테라스의 전경도 좋고 침구도 깨끗합다. 특히 레스토랑이 커서 좋아요

Location was perfect! 2 min walk to the train and right downtown so close to everything. Staff was great. Restaurant was good. Fridge in the room didn’t really work, but a tiny issue in the grand scheme of things! We had a balcony with a view of the mountains which we used daily !! Thanks to Hotel Adler for an amazing time!

Es gab Differenzen zwischen der Reservation und dem tatsächlichen Angebot. Ich habe 5 Doppelzimmer bestellt, das Hotel hatte nur eine Reservierung für zwei Doppelzimmer. Hotel hat gut reagiert und uns ein Haus mit 4 Doppelzimmer bereitgestellt. Von Ihrer Seite wurde meine Reservierung ( 5 Doppelzimmer) aber bestätigt. Etwas ist schief gelaufen !!

Very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Love the convenience of the grocery store as well as the proximity to the cable car to Oeschinensee. Very nice restaurant on site. They also have fantastic jacuzzi tubs that rotate to the outside for an indoor-outdoor hot tub experience. Our room had a round bed!

Gutes Hotel, mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Lage ist super, v.a. zum Langlaufen da nahe der Loipen. Habe EZ gebucht, gute Zimmergrösse, schöner Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war gut und würde wohl auch wieder kommen. Aber hat Verbesserungspotenzial. (-) Innenpool mit 30 Grad einfach zu kalt. (-) Sauna pro Stunde 20.-?! (-) kleines Frühstücksbuffet für 19.- überteuert. (-) Zimmer sehr hellhörig + Abendessen war gut + Sauberes Hotel

Beautiful view from our room, This is a dated hotel, in a very beautiful spot. Has a nice pool, no hot tub, Sauna available upon request with 1 hour reservation. In our room it was a slight challenge to get in and out of the large tub to shower. Not ideal but it worked. Large windows and door that opened to a small deck.

Nice hotel with view

Had a good stay here, the hotel is nice and the staff friendly, however needs a bit of upgrading. A couple of things in the room were not up to standard (plug socket not working, no kettle). Also breakfast is extra (20 CHF I think) I know it is becoming common for hotels to charge for breakfast, but it should be included.
