8/10 Muy bueno

The room was very clean and comfortable. There are nice sitting areas outside the rooms. The rooms are small. The location is excellent. The stairs are narrow and they were a bit of a problem for my elderly mother

6/10 Bueno

Host needs to make fans available in all the rooms if not updating with ACs in the near future. The UK is experiencing extreme temperatures now, so hosts need to be prepared.

The room was small but clean. You can hear others at night so dependent on how they are. Room needs airing out in arrival, as asthmatic.

Superb studio apartment, absolutely immaculate. Great TV (all the channels and streaming that you might want) and great wifi. It was very handy to have a fridge as well. I had a bit of trouble accessing the key fob as it is self-service check-in, but a very quick call to the management sorted it straight away. Thank you Abi and Charlie for a fantastic stay, incredible value for money! I expect I'll be back

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect for the principality stadium and exploring the city. Room has a little kitchenette with small fridge/ freezer so great for cooking snacks. Bathroom has a great shower. When we had an issue with the electricity sockets the owner came and fixed the fuse box straight away. Virtual check in is great system and made me smile each time the door greeted me with my name. Have recommended to friends and family.

Great location, comfortable bed and nice hot shower. The kitchen and fridge are a bonus. Having to pay for parking is something we're not used to but a necessary evil in a big city. Always able to find a spot and the app was easy to use. Our biggest issue was so many narrow stairs but only because we're old and had heavy luggage lol. Would definitely stay here again.
