I know I can't blame the hotel, but we had a very terrible experience when we arrived at the hotel. It was during the heavy downpour on Friday night. We arrived in front of the hotel but weren't sure that it was the hotel because it was dark and the door was closed. I called the hotel number, but no one picked up the phone. I walked around the hotel to look for another entrance, asking people nearby. In the end, I just realized they had left a message on the app . I know I can't blame them; part of the fault was also mine as I didn't notice the message they sent . However, when everything happened during the heavy rain, it became very inconvenient. After dropping off our luggage , we had to park our car, and the distance walking back to the hotel felt very far during the bad weather. In short , we were grateful to have a warm shower and a good sleep in the room. However, in the morning, I just saw a wet floor around the window, and the base of the curtain was all wet.
They should have posted a picture of their building in their advertisement to make it easier for people searching for the location in such bad weather.
They should also take notice of the window area to prevent rain water seeping and to properly fix the curtain, as one corner is dangling unhooked.
