Although parking not available with the hotel there is a small carpark in the harbour. It is attached to a bar which you notice first but the staff are very welcoming. Its quite an old building and the stairs can be steep.

My husband & I stayed for 5 days,we were in room 207.We got the friendliest welcome from Mathew & the manager(sorry didn't get your name).The room was amazing & overlooked the harbour/marina.The stairs up to the room kepted us fit😂.If we were ever in Ramsgate again,we would definitely stay in this hotel

Very helpful staff but the ambience of the Hotel is in need of upgrading. There were nett curtains missing, The ceiling light in the bathroom was not working and a safe was not supplied. But quiet and clean room with very comfortable bed.

Bathroom was clean, breakfast was excellent and the staff were super helpful. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The stair case carpet was very dirty and the public areas need decorating. There was a lot of noise from nearby bars until the early hours.

I stayed in a single bedroom and it was beautifully clean. No dust to trigger my allergies, nicely displayed snacks, neatly lined bed, and a wonderful bathroom. The staff were very polite and gave helpful information. I highly enjoyed my experience there and will book here again.

Hotel undergoing some building work!was opening bar/dining area down below!which looks gd!room could do with dust remove d from top of wardrobe!Great shower!there again nothing in soap dispenser!just needed a little more attention to detail!overall I would stay again!though windows in my room i didn't like? Claustrophobic!location excellent!Great walking also

I had a great experience staying for a night in this hotel. I booked a twin room but I asked in email for lower floor for my elderly mum. The owner/ manager gave me a high better quality room with a sea view only because it was on a lower floor, more convenient for my mum. He arranged as well additional bed apart from double comfy bed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and it was very good experience for us.

The reception was lukewarm at best, the room was clean but the side tables that were attached to the wall were leaning at a dangerous angle. The bathtub was rusted around the drain and no plug to take a bath, although with the state of, it wouldn’t have been appealing. Noise all night from people fighting in another room… needless to say we won’t be staying here again. The bed was hard as were the pillows.

This was my third stay here and again everything went well. I was allowed to check in early, greeted with a smile by the receptionist, accompanied to my room and provided with a nice plump pillow upon request. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and everything worked well. Lovely large tv. Strong shower and a bath also provided. Would definitely recommend for the price.
