A lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good as far as hotel food goes, and the service was always quick and with a smile. The room was very clean and absolutely huge. The breakfast was probably the best I had on my trip, with fantastic barista coffee made every morning. Spa was also an absolute treat - incredible value for money and one of the nicest spa treatments I've ever had.
Only slight negatives were the location, which was not easy to walk anywhere. Made up for with the free shuttle to and from the old town. Noise level was also quite loud as any sound from the hotel (dining entertainment, kids running around) carried straight up into the rooms due to the hotel design. As someone who lives in the city, it never impacted my sleep but if you're a light sleeper, it might be worth bringing ear plugs.
