Mala experiencia

Establecimiento a evitar. Mal estado y muy sucio. A la llegada, nos dieron habitaciones de peor categoria a las reservadas. Incluso comenzaron diciendo que por un error de Expedia solo disponían de una doble para las dos personas que íbamos, aunque teníamos una reserva prepagada por dos. Ubicado en una calle sucia. En pésimo estado de conservación. El personal de recepción es de poco fiar. Hay muchos hoteles en esta zona con vistas.

Too much AGGRESSIVE BEGGING. The young guy at the front desk at night kept trying to sell me (Tours, Food etc) Even though I kept saying NO he was still persistent in trying to sell me something.When that didn’t work on the 2nd day he kept telling me he want to upgrade my room,it’s like they think of ways to get money from the guest, HE (FRONT DESK GUY) wasn’t genuine from the first night I got there….Even the streets right outside the hotel the local adults and kids will aggressively beg and literally put whatever item they selling in your hands to get money. It was too much, you couldn’t walk 50ft without 3-4 local people surrounding you begging or trying to sell something. The hotel has great roof top views of the Pyramids. It’s a lot of construction taking place on the property which brought a lot of dust in the rooftop eating areas. Great view, decent hotel but too much AGGRESSIVE BEGGING for me. The driver they had pick me up from the airport was VERY PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Amazing location, Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a great place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Everything was so smooth from the check in to the last moment for us in Giza I love the hotel and the stuff at the hotel everybody were super nice to us the room was good and clean and the size of the bed is really good I can’t find more words to explain how’s my stay special Thanks for (Ali) who is working in the front desk I highly recommend it

The hotel has a great location with a great view of the Pyramids. Most of the staff is really friendly, the girl in the lobby was super friendly and nice, best staff. The staff in the morning restaurant are also much nicer than the ones in the afternoon. The breakfast included was great and really abundant. You don’t need anything else. The only recommendations would be to put curtains in the shower so the water doesn’t spill all over. In general I would really recommend first times to stay in this hotel as it’s close, safe and in an exclusive area with extraordinary views of the pyramids.

The location is fantastic! I will never forget sitting on the roof terrace watching the sun go down over the pyramids. Unforgettable memories. The staff are honestly amazing! Extremely friendly, very open and interesting to talk to. We felt so looked after and spoiled whilst we were staying here. Will be recommending everyone to go!

Everything was perfect the view and the stuff and facilities we spent beautiful time when we saw the sound and light show for free without tickets from the roof top and the second day we made a tour with the with good prices to pyramids of Giza and Memphis and sakkara for sure we will come again to Egypt

Rocky start but ended well

I was skeptical about the hotel due to reviews about the half board on the advert and the hotel didn’t honour it. I definitely wasn’t happy about this but resolved it with hotel.com. Having said that the staff did try to make things better, Amr and Meera were very kind and helpful. The room view was the best ! It was great to watch the light shows from the rooftop and balcony. The breakfast was also good and the staff at breakfast were very helpful.

The hotel was amazing, from the beautiful view at room 305 to the excellent staff (front desk, dining/kitchen and auxiliary staff). Mira and Yuri was great in accommodating to anything I needed. my issues only was that the WIFI is spotty outside the hotel, even the balcony. The shower bit small. No elevator/lift. Other then those minor details, the stay was great. Also, if you need a ride around the Cairo/Giza or anywhere contact Soloiman at 201222949811.
