Beautiful setting in the heart of Tuscany. Accommodations were wonderful with a full view of the area from our deck. Cooking class was a blast! This is not a cheap stay but worth every penny!

The most beautiful place to spend on our honeymoon. Simonetta and her husband were extremely welcoming, we didn’t have a lot of solid plans made during our stay and Simonetta provided the most perfect recommendations for us. We even did a cooking class with her which was so much fun! Thank you so so much!

Nothing you could wish more for. This is the best view of Tuscany. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing we did not want to leave. The hostess is wonderful and accommodating. The views are spectacular. The food and wine are splendid.

A charming and peaceful tuscan retreat

We spent 3 nights in the Camera Rosa room, which has French doors out to the terrace overlooking the beautiful grounds and countryside. Simonetta was an attentive and welcoming hostess. We requested a dinner for our first night-and it was fantastic-complete with homemade pasta and a delicious flourless chocolate cake for dessert that I requested the next day for breakfast-and she provided it! The buffet breakfast has something for everyone and includes homemade cakes and breads as well as more traditional offerings. There are 2 dogs and 3 cats that live at Bellavista-we even let one of the cats visit our room! (Strictly our choice!) The room was fitted with lovely antique furniture and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. The location is a little off the beaten path, but only 20 minutes from Cortona and an hour from Perugia-and there are many other charming hilltop Tuscan villages within an easy drive.

Gorgeous, picturesque and wonderful company!

What an unbelievable place. The quintessential Tuscan home with friendly and hospitable hosts. Will return and highly recommend. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I think the back yard is gorgeous with such attention to the garden flowers! The neighborhood is picturesque and quiet, with a view of Cortona.

Remote location surounded by farms. We had a problem with flies getting into the room.

Nirvana

It was wonderful. The house is in beautiful country and is furnished and decorated to be very homey. The scenery is outstanding. Tuscany is beautiful in September. Simonetta is the owner and proprietor and by the end of our week's stay, she felt like family. There is a delicious breakfast each morning at which other boarder's may be present. A highlight of the stay was a cooking class with Simonetta in which we made a mult-course meal including pasta from scratch in her kitchen.

Beautiful Tuscan getaway

Gorgeous b&b. We loved our stay- only disappointment was that we couldn't stay an extra night! No faults. Recommend knowing where you're going on the map before you set out...

Beautiful B & B in the country side near Cortona.

We had a wonderful time. Simonetta was a delightful hostess, and the room was very comfortable and immaculate. Picturesque old house in perfect condition, great pool, views, and I was able to do a 3-mile run in the morning around some country roads. Wonderful food nearby.
