Clean room, comfortable, modern, not so far from the beach, near to the pier in the Muro beach. The swimming pool even though was small, it has water that's warm and nice temperature and my children like it a lot.

Another excellent experience all round. I choose this hotel primarily as a cyclist valuing the secure cycle storage station also covered by CCTV with bike cleaning and maintence tools. I always receive a warm welcome from Mara and Jurante at reception who make me feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks also to Maria and her Housekeeping team who are always smilingand kept my room spotless and tidy. I only ate once in the hotel as I was out early all day but the poolside bar service was personally tailored to my requirements and good value. Thank you HSM Lago Park, I'll be back next year

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the location was excellent. The beach was within walking distance, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making everything very convenient. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Verkligen trevlig & service minded personal.

The room was spotless, the reception staff were welcoming, the pools were lovely, the lifeguard was funny, I liked the bean bags by the pool with the table tennis on the astroturf. We were close to plenty shops and restaurants. We didnt buy breakfast, we had a kitchenette to cook our own meals. It could do with more utensils, and atleast have basics like salt and pepper in the cupboard than keep coming downstairs to ask. It was nice to chill on the balcony after a day out. We wouldnt work the tv very well, it was very outdated, so didnt use it. We had a sink pipe leak, but the staff sorted it asap which was great. Overall, a nice place to relax!

I liked the breakfast buffet and the pool area. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer questions.
