We arrived in the area a little earlier than the usual check-in time, so we reached out to ask if early check-in was possible. The person in charge responded right away and was able to accommodate us almost immediately, which we really appreciated! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, which were perfect for the cooler weather. Overall, we had such a wonderful stay. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the whole place gave us the feeling of staying at a nice big hotel. It honestly felt like a higher-end hotel without the usual price tag. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. We’ll absolutely be back! 😊

Was better than I expected. Rooms were incredibly comfortable, easy to check in. The little pool was perfect for a mid day dip, and the cozy fire pits were a nice touch to unwind after dinner. Staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. We walked up and down the main tourist strip from our location with ease. Didn’t need our car at all. Would stay here again

We were assigned Room #4, which meant we were supplied with door code, however it didn’t work. Called the concierge and they reset the code only when got into the room, someone was there with stuff. Fortunately for me I was still chatting with them and they gave us Room #9. Room was ok, but bathroom was not cleaned. The amenities, hot tub and pool were only open to use(gate unlocked 9am to 4pm).

Our stay was very good. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant . Location was awesome just off the main strip. Was so pleased they served snack food in an air-conditioned restaurant right on the premises. Pool was a nice additive. Found the room very clean and beds comfy . Would return again when in Grand Bend.

Not well maintained and rarely staffed front desk who wouldn't allow early check in then changed my room after closing and didnt tell me. Bed was good and nice there was free parking Towels were worn out

Overall a great stay. Rooms could’ve been way cleaner, looked like all they did was make the bed…fries on the floors, dirt and dust and spider webs all over surfaces. There was also tooth paste splatter in the sink. Good that we weren’t in the room much. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Lots to do on the property. It’s also a 10 minute walk to the strip and beach, and a couple min walk to LCBO and the grocery store. Nice place to visit

Rooms are minimal and clean, no special amenities. The office hours are not helpful as they are often closed or not nearby if you need anything.

Only thing I did not like was that we could not light are own fire in the pit. It was a chilly night and staff was gone by 8:30pm. So could not enjoy that amenity. It should be available and either option of roasting marshmallows

The vibe is good, walking distance to the beach is the best part. However, our room was not clean. Our sheets had blood on them and we didn’t notice until the next morning. Our TV was not working either, it would turn on but it would freeze at the welcome page. I paid $600 for this place it’s definitely not worth that much.

Nice rooms, over priced. Pool had too much chlorine to enjoy. Pool and hot tub hours are too early. Fire pits are not for use, and are shut down at 9 which does not make sense because it only gets dark at 9. There was no soap/shampoo in shower dispenser. The bed was comfortable. Walls were very thin. Mini fridge didn’t seem to be working properly. Check in and out was very comfortable and easy, that was a big plus. Staff very friendly and nice. Much further from beach than expected, choose to park closer so we wouldn’t have to carry all our beach gear. Parking at beach very expensive. Restaurants in area were all terrible, wish we packed a bbq and food now but we were hoping for an easy trip.
