The place is clean but falling apart. The drapes are off the rod. The hanging bar for clothes is falling off the wall. The towel bar in the bathroom is falling off the wall. The continental breakfast is a sack ok goodies presented at check in. The advertised swimming pool is empty. Not worth the price of admission!
It IS the best deal in town! And Budget Done Best is accurate. This is not luxury, it's your grandparents mid-century motor lodge that has been updated to accommodate the needs of a busy traveler, basic and clean. The inn is walking distance to the Arches Nat'l Park entrance or other businesses. Super accommodating staff. Answered questions before you asked them, most generous with a bag o breakfast ala Covid 19 rules. I'd stay there again, hands down!
Renovated room was very nice. Manager was very responsive to our needs.
When we booked the room we were led to believe that it was nice when in fact, the room was dirty and the outlets did not work properly. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain which I did not see until I was already in the shower which of course made me wonder if the bathroom had been cleaned at all and the sink was also dirty. The outlets did not work properly, when I used the coffee pot in the morning I had to move it to the bathroom outlet and the cord was stretched tight.
Old place. Over priced. The room was clean and on good shape. Construction all around that place. I will not stay there again
The staff who checked us in was SO nice. The room was small but good for our needs for the night. Due to COVID19, we received a breakfast bag at check in with fruit, juice, snack bars and muffins, which was really nice! For what we paid, we were happy with this room for the night. No frills, clean and good location
Pros: close to the Arches National Park and very clean Cons: the continental breakfast consisted of coffee and Cheerios, I called the front desk twice and got the vm each time and my stay was pretty pricey.
Clean and next to Mediterranean restaurant open until 1pm
Very convenient when planning on doing the national and state parks in Moab. I saw both full families as well as what some people would deem as sketchy people. The pool was closed, and so was the breakfast although in check-in they gave us a "goodie bag" of some breakfast items, for example apples, oranges, etc. The walls were a little thin, so beware. The shower was pretty tight-- moving my arms resulted in my elbows hitting the every wall around me. No room service, but you can call front desk for extra linens. The check-in was super easy, we checked at 8:30pm and it was fast. They have info outside of office for people that arrive after 10pm to still get their room. The bed was pretty comfortable. There was a random knock around 6:30am three different rounds, there is no peep hole out of the door so we waited, looked out the window and saw no one. Lastly, which I don't really fault the motel because they can't necessarily control it, but when I went to the bathroom in the morning, there was dead gnats all over the bathroom sink.
all perfect
